This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Orlin's Tiny House

Enjoy this romantic place in the lap of nature with the view of Chios island and a unique sunset. The location of the house is 7 km (8 min) from Cesme center, 13 km (15 min) from Alacatı centre, 6 km (10 min) from Delikli Bay, 4.9 km (8 min) from Cleopatra Bay, Before Sunset Beach Club, Boheme Beach and Ovacık Azmak Public Beach 900 meter. You can come to Tiny House with your own private vehicle or taxi. There is no public transportation. You should do your kitchen shopping before arriving.

Close enough to the port of chios that transportation is not needed. The city has created a new public park next to my home. It features a cushioned jogging track, exercise equipment and basketball courts. Facilities are available for all guests
