we were in town for work. The 420 house was comfortable and relaxing. The back yard is beautiful and quiet. We really loved it!

Jake was on top of all the details for our stay. The home was perfectly set up with all the details. the kids LOVED the downstairs and the hot tub. The adults loved having the upstairs mostly to ourselves since the kids were entertained.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Such a beautiful space. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect and the neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. Communication with the host was excellent, Erick was very responsive, helpful, and made check-in super easy. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Great stay. Located between all the places we went - zoo, baseball game, top golf and casino. Plenty of room for kids to run around and would stay next visit to KC.

Our family of four adults and three young grandchildren enjoyed our four-day vacation. The home was well equipped for children activities with both indoor and outdoor equipment. We contacted the host in advance asking about a Pack & Play for our youngest grandchild; the host ordered and delivered it upon our arrival - much appreciated! Our family loved the large screen TV and the outdoor hot tub, especially on a rainy day. The home was clean and in a convenient location to travel to parks, museums and restaurants in the Kansas City metro area. Highly endorsed by us!

Wonderful space, true to the photos, felt just like home. The back sunroom is a great place to relax. Plenty of space throughout for our family of four - both for sleeping and for relaxing/hanging out. The location is walkable to the Villages shops and restaurants.
