Το σπίτι βρισκεται στο νησι της Κυθνου στην περιοχή Ρουδιά ,στο κεντρο του νησιου οπου μπορεις να εξερευνησεις πληθωρα οικισμων και παραλιων σε μολις 5-10 λεπτα οδηγησης.Σε 3 χλμ αποσταση απο την Δρυοπιδα και 4 χλμ απο τον οικισμο της Καναλας μακρια απο τον θορυβο και της πιεσης της πολης. Έχει υπεροχη θεα στο Αιγαιο πελαγος, τα Κυκλαδίτικα νησιά και ιδιαίτερα την Ανατολη του ηλιου να ξεχωριζει!! Διαθετει ιδιωτικο χωρο σταθμευσης και wifi . Η Χωρα και το λιμανι του Μεριχα απεχουν γυρω στα 15 λεπτα με το αυτοκίνητο και ο παραδοσιακός οικισμός Δρυοπιδας περίπου στα 5 λεπτά. Αρκετες παραλιες βρισκονται σε κοντινή αποστάση οπως οι παραλιες της Κανάλας, τα Φλαμπουρια, οι Λευκες,το Ζογκακι,Σκυλου,Αγιος Νικολας,Γαιδουρομαντα κ.α. Το λεωφορειο της γραμμης Μεριχας-Δρυοπιδα-Καναλα περναει απ'εξω απο το οικημα. The location of room in Kythnos is an area where the locals call "Roudia". Actually in this area you are in centre of island and you can visit by driving 5-10 mins a variety of villages and beaches! In distance 3km away from Dryopida and 4km from Kanala you are far from any pressure and noise , with a beautiful view in Agean sea and some of the nearest greek islands.We recommend at least 1 day to wake up early and enjoy the view of sunrise in front of you. It is available free parking for each visitor and free wifi. Chora and the port of Merichas are in distance about 10-15min by driving and in close distance there is also many beaches like Kanala, Flabouria, Leukes, Skilou, Gaidoromantra,Agios Nikolaos.

The Photographer’s House

My house is a old small two level house with traditional Cycladic architecture renovated during 2019, wedged in the alleys of the old and well preserved capital of Serifos island, named Chora. Due to its topography and the complex network of narrow alleys, there are no vehicles allowed only mules. This makes it an ideal location for guests who appreciate simplicity and authenticity, combined with quietness and a splendid panoramic view to the Aegean sea, away from the noisy port of Livadi.

Sofias House 4

Sofia's house is located in Merichas Kythnos island, on the center of the port, at the top of the mountain, with the best view. A modern house with private bathroom. You can get there only by 130 stairs. Full renovated the house in 2022 and put a new matrress on the bed at May of 2023. Αlso a pressurized water machine was installed in our complex at 2022 and with the pre-existing tank makes us independent from the island's water supply system. We always try to improve our house.

Beach house in Serifos

Traditional island house on the beach. Located in a complex, on the quiet beach "Karavi", a short distance from the port (13 ' on foot). The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. On the upper level is the kitchen and living room in an open space. The outdoor area consists of two terraces. There is private parking next to the house only for the residents of the complex

We are located on the east side of the island of Kythnos, between Kalo Livadi and Lefkes. Our lodging offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea as well as access to a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.

Kythnos Pleasure Vol.2 (Villa Lussa Kythnos)

It is my pleasure to have the chance to host you in my tradiotional house at Kythnos island. The very house is located exactly on the centre of the island, a few metres outside of the traditional village Dryopida. For instance, this acommodation is 8km far of the port Merichas, 6km from the capital (Chora), while the closest beach is 3km far (Lefkes).

Beachfront Studio in Leykes Kythnos

A traditional stone house literally built on the sand just a few meters from the seawater. You sleep and you wake up by the pure sound of soft waves and birds.Resting for one week in this house will make you feel like you have rested for a full month. Some guests say that the photos do not justify the place. It is a lot nicer being here in person.

Στούντιο 25τ.μ. με υπέροχη θέα στην θάλασσα,βρίσκεται 5 μέτρα από την παραλία,ικανό να φιλοξενήσει έως τέσσερα άτομα.Ενιαίος χώρος με ένα διπλό και ένα μονό κρεβάτι,μπάνιο με ντούζ,μικρή κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη.Μπροστά από το στούντιο βρίσκετε ένας επίπεδος προαύλιος χώρος 500μ με φυτά και δέντρα που προσφέρει στιγμές χαλάρωσης.

Παραδοσιακό ισόγειο διαμέρισμα 65 τ.μ. με ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης και πολύ κοντά στα γραφικά σοκάκια της Χώρας (3 λεπτά περπάτημα). Η απόσταση του σπιτιού από το Λιμάνι είναι 7 χλμ. ενώ σε σύντομο χρόνο μπορείτε να βρεθείτε στις παραλίες των Λουτρών (4 χλμ.), της Απόκρουσης (4 χλμ.) και της Κολώνας (5 χλμ.)
