The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with mini markets, grocery stores and beautiful cafes only 10 minutes on foot from Acropolis temple, museum and Plaka. Kerameikos and Monastiraki tube station, as well as Thiseio and Petralona train station are all within walking distance. You can also walk to Psirri, Petralona and Gazi where you can enjoy a variety of cafes and restaurants. Many art studios and galleries within easy walk as well as Ermou, the most popular shopping street. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free wi-fi access, floor heating, individual air conditioning system, flat screen TV with many satellite channels, 24h hot water. It has one bedroom and a bright new sofa (expandable to a comfortable double bed). It is ideal for couples, friends as well as families with children. The house is fully renovated and stylishly decorated. The house is a semi-basement with much sun light. The window of the house overlooks the square and there are coffee shops, supermarket, a laundry service, a bakery and many other shops. Also there are near Alsos Pangratiou, Panatheatic stadium-Kallimarmaro. Throught the Zappeio Park, Syntagma, Acropolis can be reached on foot in 27 minutes. Also Evaggelismos metro station is 10 minutes away and it is near Benakis museum and National gallery.
