Swim in season in the shared pool a few steps away, returning to refresh in an extra-large shower with both rainfall and handheld attachments. Pour a cup of French-press coffee and watch Netflix on the Smart TV from the comfort of the leather sofa. Kitchen is fully stocked with coffee pot, french press, baking and cooking-ware, crockpot, all the basics (plates, bowls, glasses, silverware). Guests have private access to the entire unit - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, and patio. The swimming pool is shared with others living in the complex. I live right down the road and I am typically available if needed. Highway 36 around the corner offers easy access to Boulder and Denver. Shopping and dining are within a couple of minutes, while a mall with movie theater is about 10 minutes away. Young visitors will love the nearby Broomfield Bay Aquatic Park. Ample parking is available. There's a bus stop basically right outside the door. Downtown Boulder and Denver are both about 20 minutes away. Movie theaters, shopping, breweries, restaurants galore are all within about a 5 minute drive.

This suite apartment is perfect for four adults and is your base camp in Colorado. Centrally located for quick trips to Rocky Mountain National Park, Boulder, and Denver. Huge windows face west with views of Long's Peak glowing in the sun. Modern amenities make this space unique. There is a pool and hot tub, too. A sweet Barn sets the pace for your stay. A pet is allowed, and there is a fee per pet. Please add your pets to your reservation. 10% Discount for weekly bookings. 15% for monthly.

Just 2.5 miles from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park - Sleepy Hollow cabin is designed for a couple's mountain get-a-way. A studio style cabin with a kitchen, king bed nestled next to a wood burning fireplace along with a screened in front porch to enjoy the mountain breeze & view of the snow capped peaks within Rocky Mountains National Park. It also fronts our swimming pool (open seasonally) and hot tub (available year-around) for all guests to enjoy. (Guest supply firewood).

A co-host lives in the self-contained, sound-insulated basement accessed by a separate entrance through the garage. This is my home 2/3 of the year.
