The 65 m2 apartment consists of two rooms with kitchen, bathroom and a balcony overlooking the park. It is located on the elevated ground floor of a newly renovated house. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with oven, electric kettle, microwave, and dishes. In the cleaning room, there is a washing machine, a second WC, an iron with a board and utensils. Visitors from all countries are welcomed.
