Jerusalém: hotéis

My favorite host in Israel, or anywhere else actually. The host and staff are super friendly. They always greet you with a smile and friendly words. The location is perfect, next to the Old City. The Mamilla mall. Restaurants and coffee shops. The room was clean. Daily cleaning and fresh towels. Water. Wine. Tea. Coffee. I highly recommend it. I will be back for sure!

Excellent mini hotel in the very center of Jerusalem, 10 minutes walk to the old city

עוד בטרם ביצעתי הזמנה שלחתי שאלה ליווי ומיד זכיתי מענה. ביצענו הזמנה ומיד קיבלתי הודעה ממריו (מנהל האירוח מטעם יוסי) עם כל הוראות ההגעה, חניונים קרובים. מריו אפילו שאל אותי אם אנו מעדיפים יין אדום או שמפניה. ביום ההגעה קיבלתי הודעה ממריו שהוא מבקש להבין מתי אנו צפויים להגיע על מנת להדליק את המזגן שיהיה לנו נעים. הגענו ביום רביעי בחודש אוגוסט בעומס חום. התקבלנו ע"י מריו בסבר פנים יפות. הציע לכבד אותנו בקפה/ מים קרים היה מאוד סובלן הציג בפנינו את הדירות והסבר על השימוש בהן. חדר אחד היה מיועד עבורנו (זוג הורים) + 2 ילדים. החדר היה מרווח וחדר רחצה מרווח. מים חמים כל הזמן. על המיטה המתינו לנו כוסות ובקבוק שמפניה. מגבות נקיות. בחדר הנוסף עבור הוריי הפנסיונרים המזגן היה דלוק והיה נעים מאוד. 2 הסוויטות ממוקמות במיקום מנצח. קרוב לתחנת רכבת קלה, קניון ממילא, כותל מערבי, מסעדות ובתי קפה מצויינים. קיבלנו גם מיוסי וגם ממריו המלצות למסעדות, בתי קפה וכו... יש לציין לשבח את מריו שכל שאלה או בקשה, היטיב לענות תוך זמן קצר והכל בנחמדות ובאדיבות ואף אפשר לנו בצ'ק אאוט להותיר את הכבודה אצלו במשרד

Really nice apartment and amenities! We had a great time.

First and foremost, Yaakov, is an attentive, kind and courteous host who will make you feel more like a guest in his home than a paying customer. Moreover, his attention to detail - from our interaction leading up to my visit to his receptiveness to feedback afterwards - is a testament to the care he invests in the running of his business and in the people he serves. The property is impeccably decorated and immaculate - precisely what I would expect from this particular host. And, despite a few small oversights, which would have been easily rectified on a regular weekday, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I will certainly be staying at the Patio d'Eden again and have already recommended it to family and friends. It's a surprising gem that offers comfort and convenience in one of Jerusalem's most charming neighborhoods. (Thanks again, Yaakov.)

It was a wonderful stay, Toni is a great and very attentive host.

Thank you so much for accommodating my son and his friends, they really enjoyed and told me that the location was perfect and near everything. The communication and service were excellent!
