Our group celebrated my 40th birthday this past weekend in Nola. The house was perfect for our group of 8. Bathrooms are big and all have showers. The rooms are a nice size as well. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen and living room area is a great place to hang out with the group. We all enjoyed staying there and would stay there again with a group. The place is close enough to walk to restaurants and the main areas of Nola (like Bourbon or Frenchmen street). We walked everywhere no problem. We did end up ordering some groceries for delivery, as there wasn’t much walkable for small groceries. But not a problem. The hosts were communicative and accommodating. We had a wonderful trip despite the rain!

This house was perfect for our visit to New Orleans for Jazz Fest. Convenient location, spacious, and free of clutter. Ryan’s home provided everything we needed, including room for family to visit, extra towels and folding chairs to take to the Fest! The house isn’t in the greatest neighborhood, but we never felt unsafe and parked right in front of the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot. We wanted some place that could accommodate us four moms for a momcation that was somewhere close to Magazine street and this place was great. The house was quiet at night, especially in the back room, and the beds were cozy. Lots of towels too. It was a perfect spot for us to hang out in between our activities. Water pressure was a little low in the hall bathroom shower but it wasn't an issue for us. I mention that here only because water pressure can be hard for the host to change, but it might be important to some (it wasn't really for us)

We stayed at Charles’s home during the first weekend of Jazz Fest and it was the perfect location. Quick Uber rides to French Quarter.. pretty much anywhere you need to go. We did swamp and plantation tours as well and those were only about 25-30 mins from the location! Check in was easy and Charles was super responsive with our “recommendation questions” :) 5/5 stars, would recommend!

Staying at Thomas AIRBNB was AMAZING! It felt like I was in the comfort of my own home. Instructions were so clear and they were readily available to us if needed! Everything was as described! Walmart is within walking distance. BEAUTIFUL backyard and a wonderful home. The rooms and bathrooms were also very spacious! Not a far distance from anything in the city as well. I will be staying here again!

Kimberly's NOLA shotgun house was perfect for us! We traveled with our dogs, and felt very lucky to find her place. The home was modern and very, very clean. The Nespresso coffee maker was yummy! My husband and I are now debating getting one for ourselves at home. We had read that there wasn't a TV, and we were completely okay with that. We wanted to experience as much as we could of NOLA during our stay. The location is very walkable. It is approximately 2 blocks to the St Charles Trolley and 5 blocks to Stop 14 for the On/Off Sightseeing Bus! We were able to get to all the sights! Plus, right in the neighborhood is a coffee shop, a pizza place, an ice cream shop, and several other restaurants. I felt safe. The neighbor is her cohost and if he saw us out walking, he would stop and chat. He was very helpful! I can't say enough good things. The price is perfect too! I highly recommend this home!

Staying at the crayon house in Mid-City gives you a little taste of New Orleans neighborhood life. Front porches and friendly people. There were lots of dining choices within walking distance and mid-city is (as the name suggests) a good place from which to explore the rest of the city. Perfect place for a New Orleans vist.

This place was even better than we expected. Very large and spacious inside. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The place is modern and well decorated. The bathrooms were so nice and clean, and have plenty of places to set all of your things. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Never had trouble finding a free parking spot for our large truck. There is a nice playground and big dog park less than a block away, and lots of folks are out and about with their kids and dogs. And at the next corner is a great coffeehouse. There is a local brewery called Port Orleans that you can walk to. They have great food there by Avo Taco. Also there is a very popular Snowball place just down the street. And so much to eat and drink on Magazine. And Tchop is full of more local breweries and fun places…Urban South, Abita, Tchop house, NOLA Distillery…. There’s a lot more to NOLA than the FQ! But here you are still pretty close to all the major stuff downtown too, without staying in a congested area.

Prime location off Fretet st. Get place for walking entertainment and night life. Property has a nice pool and great outdoor lounging. The host is very responsive and has done a get job at making sure the place has all of the amenities that one could wish for in an airbnb. Felt more at home than other rentals i have had because literally everything there. Bonus - Massive amount of board games!

Great place! Big enough for a family of 5. The pool was a huge plus and the back patio was very quiet and peaceful. We were walking distance to plenty of restaurants, the two we visited were wonderful! Access to the Canal street buses and trolley were 3 blocks away and went straight to the French quarter.

A group of us had to attend a conference in NOLA and this place served to be the perfect spot that accommodated our group! We rented a car and the house was an easy 7 min drive from the convention center. It is located in a quiet area, and was extremely clean, and stocked with every essential we could have needed. The heated pool was definitely the highlight and served as a nice relaxation area after a long day of networking and conferencing!

Our family of 5 decided to take a last minute trip to New Orleans for a long weekend. After one night in a hotel we decided we needed some space and a pool. This place looked brand new and had the bedrooms to give my kids some space. Not to mention our own pool!!!! Nice big bright kitchen, huge bedrooms, private patio with a pool. And driveway parking. We left the car in front all weekend and took ubers everywhere because the Garden District, French Quarter, and Lakeshore were close by and then we didn't have to worry about parking. No place is perfect but this came pretty darn close if you don't want the noise and traffic of the french quarter, the high prices of the garden district, but still super close to everything. Would totally come back again. Place would be great for 3 couples or even two families.

We stayed here for my sister's bachelorette. There were 10 of us and it was hard to find a place that had enough bedrooms and bathrooms. This place accommodated us perfectly, and it was 10-15 minutes away (driving) from every activity we wanted to do. The host was very communicative and friendly as well!

The host was super quick to reply and give us information. She was helpful and friendly, and left the lights on when we were going to arrive later than expected. This is a perfect location, it's only 30 minutes away from the major stuff in town. Super quiet and low-key. We loved our stay, and everything was spot-on! The cabin was clean, tidy, and very cute. The cabin was also stocked with everything you could possibly need; they even had a grabber just in case you couldn't reach the fire blanket in the cabinet. Everything felt very well thought out. Beds were comfortable, and the A/C worked great! Loved our stay! :) ALSO they have goats, we didn't know until the next morning, but they were so cute!!

David’s place was the perfect size for our group of 6. Each bedroom having an en-suite bathroom was a major plus. Having a short 2 minute walk to the street car was incredible for getting out and exploring the city. We had a few issues during our stay but David was quick to respond to messages, and kept me updated every step of the resolution process. Would highly recommend David’s place for groups wanting a spacious house. Only complaint would be the noisy neighborhood. The parking lot next door was a gathering spot for locals who started arriving around 6:30am blaring loud music over speakers. This continued most of the day. This is not the place to stay if you are a light sleeper.

Great spot. Convenient location, close to St Charles and the street car. Lovely and peaceful backyard which we enjoyed often. Off street parking was a big plus. Some quirky and eccentric decor...would expect nothing less in New Orleans. We had a great stay.

it's a very comfortable stay. I needed it just to sleep for 2 nights, but it was so clean and comfortable that I almost regret not spending more time relaxing in there.

This stay was absolutely amazing! The photos matched the space perfectly, and everything exceeded our expectations. First of all, Trevor was OUTSTANDING! My partner and I were in town for a wedding, and he went above and beyond to accommodate us. He set up a rolling clothing rack, provided a steamer, hangers, and even starch along with the iron—seriously thoughtful touches! Trevor was super welcoming and communicated wonderfully throughout our stay. The place was fully stocked with snacks, waters, and to our surprise, so many fun games! We actually ended up staying in to play games and watch TV instead of going out, especially because the surround sound made it feel like a theater. This entire experience was incredible, and I can’t thank Trevor enough. Next time we’re in the Kenner area, we are 1000% booking again. HIGHLY recommend—10/10, truly couldn’t have asked for a better host!

Communication was perfect would highly recommend

We stayed here with two other families (6 adults and 7 kids in total) and it was absolutely perfect. The house itself is great and ideally located with lots of parking in front of the house. Would absolutely stay here again!
