Came to visit our daughter at ECU at watch a baseball game. Location was about 10-15 minutes to all the activities and the campus. The house was so clean and well laid out! Quiet neighborhood that was easy to find. Jennifer was so helpful with restaurant recommendations and ensuring our stay was perfect. Will definitely stay here again!! Thank you Jennifer for allowing us to use your space!

I had a wonderful stay! The house was very well-kept, clean, and comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and made the whole process easy. The location was great — very quiet and peaceful, yet super close to the ECU campus. I will definitely be booking her place again in the future!

Omg this is a gem!! I don't want to share with others but I must. What an incredible place!! So cozy. So private with a whimsical garden and walkable to everything. Dog friendly. Love love love.

This is our third time staying at Mark & Paul’s townhouse in Greenville. It’s perfect for our family of four and it’s in a great location…quiet but very close to shopping, restaurants, ECU, etc. We’ll be back next year. Thanks!

My husband, pup, and I traveled to Jacksonville, NC to visit our Marine, his wife, and their new baby. The home was beautiful, clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The expansive outdoor area made it feel as though you were in the middle of nowhere, yet in reality you are close to everything (restaurants, grocery, gas, etc...). The huge walk in shower has made me rethink my own bathroom, as I would love to have something similar in my home. Cathy, the host, was always available and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. If available, we will definitely stay here again next time we travel to the Jacksonville area.

We wish we’d had more time to spend on site, but we were in the area for our son’s engagement, so we didn’t get to take advantage of the many things to see and do there. The tent was adorable and clean. It was great having our own private bathroom “attached” to the side. The landscaping right in front of the tent made it so welcoming and homey, the Adirondack chairs were a perfect place to sit and enjoy our coffee each morning (there was also a fire pit with wood available to use, which we would have loved if we’d had time in the evening - there were even s’mores supplies in the tent!), and the decor in the tent was perfect. It was truly a great experience, and our family really enjoyed it! The host was very helpful and responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

Absolutely love this house and where it’s located! Close enough to still doordash or get somewhere relatively quick but far enough to feel safe and peaceful in a nice little neighborhood. I can see myself definitely returning to stay in the future.

Our Stay was awesome. Really enjoyed The pool. The Host was attentive. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved this space for love and laughter. Eating and chilling. Dancing and sleeping. It just did exactly what it should have done! Everything was great!
