Welcome to Just Plane Cosy! To keep with aircraft tradition, we have named our tiny home “Maiden Seattle”. She is a fully functional off-grid, Eco-friendly, all the mod-cons, super cool, airline themed Tiny Home! We think the first of its kind! Our tiny home sits in a secluded spot on a beautiful farm just outside of Robertson in the beautiful Southern Highlands, only about a 2 hour drive south of Sydney’s CBD. The property has a lovely rainforest stream and resident sheep, alpacas & wombats!

Your off-grid venture awaits – This is not your normal hotel stay!!

Roy's Run Farm Stay.

The comfortable one bedroom cottage is located on our 450 acre working cattle property. We are close to the seaside towns of Shellharbour and Kiama. You can enjoy the beaches and then come home and just sit and gaze at the views of the farm. We have many animals for you to get close to if you desire and an abundance of bird life on the property. The cottage has a comfortable veranda for you to relax and watch the horses and cattle graze. A country experience just 2 hrs drive from Sydney.

This gorgeous Stone cottage has been built from the local stone collected from the surrounding land. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. The bathrooms have floor heating to keep you cosy in winter. Enjoy beautiful views across our secluded little valley from your private balcony or the outside eating area. This purpose built 3 bedroom cottage is nestled in the foothills of the south coast only 5 minutes fro, Gerringong, where some of the most breathtaking hikes and views meet some of the worlds most spectacular beaches. Relax by the open fire, or catch the next wave, Girrakool Grove offers all the luxuries of coastal life tucked away in prime farmland.

Stockyards is a 2021 build 3-bedroom farm stay si in the picturesque valley. The property has fabulous views, a large, covered verandah , fire pit guests have to supply wood. Please extinguish fire pit before you leave it. Foxground is a coastal farming community The property is 5 minutes from the coastal towns of Berry and Gerringong. Children/infants under 12 not catered for. Please do not book. We do not offer the opportunity to charge EVs as we are on a rural grid.

Our Tiny House is tucked into a secluded corner of our 80 acre property, adjacent to the rainforest. It has a stunning view of the escarpment and abundant wildlife around. It is totally off-grid. It has it's own solar system, water tanks collecting roof water with filters, hot water with an outdoor bath, a self composting toilet (not smelly) and a firepit.
