La casa es tal como se describe. Tener la playa tan cerca hace que la casa sea excepcional, nuestra estadía fue maravillosa

La Moraviana es realmente una joya. Para dos personas es un lugar ideal, muy moderno y con todo lo que se necesita. Está bien ubicado, como punto medio para varias playas.

El hospedaje es muy bonito, la piscina muy limpia, y el trato a las mascotas es muy bueno

This stay had absolutely everything we wanted! A spacious gorgeous interior, beautiful pool and yard, steps from the beach and close drive to Jaco. Everything was so comfortable, and the kitchen is very well-stocked, even spices! Maud was the perfect host. She was on top of every need or issue immediately (unexpected power outage in the town) and arranged solutions quickly.

Norman’s place is amazing and he was very communicative and helpful! Would definitely recommend to go there and I would love to go back.

Jeff is incredible helpful and friendly! The rooms were as described, simple, and clean. The A/C worked great. We had 2 families spread across the 4 rooms and it worked well. Right on the beach. Can walk to local eateries or drive into Jaco for other needs. We used the kitchen to cook up breakfast which was convenient and cost-effective. The only thing I missed was a common air-conditioned space to gather since we were such a large group. We spent time and played games on the balcony but it was hot! The roosters were active at night but I thought of it as local ambiance :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Right on the beach - 2 min walk, great guide book and recommendations from Petra. Access to bikes for the kids to take into town, fresh coffee on-site which was VERY appreciated and comfortable beds made for great sleeps. Not having to bring beach and pool towels was amazing and we could cook and wash clothes as we wished. Would definitely recommend for your next stay in Jaco! Hidden gem - will definitely stay again.

Un excelente lugar para descansar y disfrutar. La vista a la playa vale la pena y las áreas comunes están muy bien cuidadas. La habitación definitivamente vale la pena: cómoda para las 7 personas, limpia y con todo lo necesario. ¡Recomendado!

Beautiful condo in a great location. The beach was right across the road plenty of restaurants and shops. The property was great with 3 pools of various depths. Very safe with 24 hour security on site. Definitely a place I will return to and recommend to others.

This was a great find! The pool is beautiful and surrounded by greenery and birds. The place had a very modern, clean feel. It was a great location- quick trip to Jaco and Manuel Antonio National Park was only about an hour and a half away. Jeffery was a great, responsive host that communicated promptly. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely 3 nights here. The caretaker Yeni was very helpful (I don't think much English but we didn't have trouble communicating). Jessica was wonderful from afar and very responsive. The house was very comfortable. It does get warm at the beach this time of year, so very thankful for the ac in the bedrooms and lots of fans - and a wonderful swimming pool. Had all the amenities listed. Were able to grill one night. Lots of great restaurants nearby. A good set of instructions with things to do and places to get food, sights to see. Gray sand beach but not rocky like some in Costa Rica are. House was spacious - we were only two couples but easily could be a friends group or larger family. Could easily have stayed longer - maybe next time!

We felt like family immediately upon arrival. We met grandchildren, played cards and got lots of puppy love from their dachshund Hank. Our cabina overlooking the pool was spotless, well stocked with quality linens and a very comfortable bed. The home is beautiful inside and out situated on a quiet street steps from the beach.

Our group of 8 had an absolutely wonderful experience at Lara's home in Costa Rica. The house was exactly as described - immaculately clean and extremely comfortable for our entire party. Every amenity promised in the listing was available and in perfect working order. Lara was an exceptional host from start to finish. Her communication was prompt, friendly, and thorough - she patiently answered all of our questions and made us feel completely at ease. The true highlight was the beautiful backyard where we spent countless hours relaxing and enjoying nature. The sight of colorful macaws flying freely among the trees created a magical atmosphere that none of us will soon forget. These stunning birds would visit throughout the day, adding an authentic Costa Rican wildlife experience right on the property. The entire stay was deeply relaxing and rejuvenating - exactly what we were hoping for. Without question, we plan to return next year.

El lugar es muy espacioso y la atención de Cat y José es inmejorable. La casa está frente a la playa. He ido a este lugar dos veces y lo recomiendo al 100%.

This is a wonderful place to stay right on the beach , enjoy the surf , beach walks and amazing sunsets . Antonio was very welcoming and was extremely hospitable and helpful especially as I was travelling solo made me feel right at home and comfortable .

Book it! Ideal location with amazing ocean views, the constant sound of waves crashing, and a stone's throw to the beach. The house exceeded all of our expectations and was perfect for our familiy of five. The pictures just don't do it justice. Do yourself and your family a favor, book it!

After some back and forth at check-in (our fault, not Steve‘s) we came to Steve’s house which is located in a private ressort. Beautiful location right above Playa Mantas with direct access from the house. Only 10 minute walk to famous Plays Blanca, perfect. At low tide you can even reach Playa Blanca by walking along the beach. The house is spacious and well equipped with everything you need - it’s obvious that this is someone’s home and not just a holiday rental. We enjoyed the beaches and the amenities that the ressort has to offer. Great also to just sit on the porch and watch macaws, iguanas and even monkeys in the surrounding. All in all we had a great week there. Perhaps one thing should be mentioned - to reach the house from the ressort entrance is about a 4km drive on a paved, but rather uneven track. So one needs a bit of planning when leaving for other activities (like Parc National Carara - less known but impressive wildlife) …

David's condo at The Palms was just what we were looking for- stunning ocean view, sound of the waves, complete privacy on the beautiful balcony and a very comfortable accommodation with everything you need. Access to Croc's Casino and pool was a great added addition. The maintenance staff at the condo kept everything from the grounds to the pool pristine. David was a more than attentive host, replying to inquiries very quickly. We highly recommend this place and hope to return someday.

The house is well stocked, and beautifully decorated . The location within punta Leona is also great. My only observation which is the pool is set between the room and the kitchen. Which is a beautiful setup , but with young children you have to keep a watchful eye at all times.

Nuestra estancia en este departamento fue excepcional. Mariana y Stan fueron muy amables, serviciales y contestan tus consultas, muy atentos. El alojamiento es verdaderamente divino. La distribución con tres baños fue ideal para nuestra familia, brindando comodidad y privacidad. Descansamos de maravilla en las camas, que eran increíblemente cómodas. La limpieza impecable del lugar contribuyó a una experiencia muy agradable. Además, nos sorprendió gratamente la calidad de las amenidades proporcionadas: desde artículos de aseo como shampoo, acondicionador y jabón, hasta detalles pensados para el disfrute, como juegos de mesa, sillas de playa, tapete de playa, buggies para el mar y bicicletas que mis hijos disfrutaron montones. Esto nos permitió aprovechar al máximo la playa que esta a unos pasos. Los guardas de la seguridad del condominio fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron a utilizar la rampa para subir y bajar las maletas y cosas que llevabamos. Recomendamos este apartamento al 100%.
