Beautiful beachfront location with amazing views and stunning sunrises. Extremely well-stocked, especially with beach amenities. Hamish is a wonderful host and gave some great dining recommendations. If we return for another visit, would absolutely stay here again.

We started our little family vacation in Vilano Beach last year and decided to make it a yearly tradition. This house was perfect! It was a close walk to the beach and had everything we needed. There were plenty of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, etc! Lori also provides a very detailed book full of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The neighborhood is so cute and perfect for walking the dog. The house was very accommodating for the pup as well. It was another fun filled vacation!

My husband, our 2 dogs & myself had a wonderful stay in Neptune Beach. The location was a block to the beach in a very dog & people friendly neighborhood. The home was extremely clean & modern. Everything was easy; check in, WiFi, TV, even the light switches were labeled. The host, Christopher was very responsive to our questions & accommodating. We can’t wait to visit again!

Tim and Melody were fabulous hosts. They were responsive and accommodating from our first communication to checkout. The house is in a great location with lots of amenities for a beach vacation. Grocery store is walkable and it is close to restaurants and activities. Will certainly consider for our future vacation. Thank you Tim and Melody!

This was my second year renting this condo. It perfectly fits my needs, I could bring my dogs and enjoyed coffee every morning on the porch watching the ocean.

We had an amazing stay at this beach condo and can’t wait to return! It was peaceful, quiet, and just what we needed to relax. The condo was super clean and well taken care of—huge thanks to the excellent host who made everything easy and enjoyable. The resort staff were friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. We were also so glad we could bring our pets along, it made the trip even more special! One thing to note: there’s a bit of a distance from the main gate to the condo, but that ended up being one of our favorite parts. It gave us extra privacy, and most days we had the beach and pool all to ourselves. No crowds, no traffic—just peace and quiet. The setting was calm and serene, perfect for a restful getaway. We’re already looking forward to our next trip back!

Greg’s place is spectacular. This house is right on the beach. The beach was always quiet even over the holiday weekend. The layout is great. My fiancé and I were upstairs and my sister, brother-in-law and niece had plenty of space downstairs. There are beach towels, beach, chairs, beach mats to lay on. They also had a canopy. The upper back deck had 2 loungers so you could lay down and relax. Plenty of outdoor seating on all of the decks. Spectacular view of the beach. Kitchen well equipped. Tons of bath towels. Greg offered shampoo/conditioner, body wash, dish soap, hand soap, tp, paper towels, dish washer pods paper towels, plenty of cleaning products on both floors of the house in case you need anything..dryer sheets &tide. There’s basically two living rooms one upstairs and one downstairs both with nice televisions with plenty to watch.. The upstairs, ocean front bedroom has a tv as well. The house is very spacious. Greg was a great host! We will definitely return! Thanks Greg!

This place is magical! The cottage is a mix of old and new, very clean, comfortable beds, linens and pillows. The location is exceptional. The beach is very private and pristine. A great place to relax and chill. St. Augustine attractions are not far away and there is a Publix grocery and liquor just down the road. They have everything you forgot to bring! At this price point you can’t go wrong. Not fancy but ticks all the boxes. I will be back!!!

Views from the master bedroom are stunning! Especially the sunrise. Sleeper sofa in master was great for young kids.

Jamie was a great host and the place was magical. Perfect location - 10 min walk to the beach; 10 min drive to historic St Augustine: and 5 min drive to grocery store. Our family absolutely loved the backyard, pool, cabana area, fire pit and grilling. We had such a relaxing vacation and hope to book again.

Great location and excellent layout. We stayed here with grandparents, Mom/Dad, and kids. Love the kitchen/dining and living room with patio to the ocean off the back. Private deck also off of master. Kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we need. Would highly recommend this place!

This house is great for families with kids. The pool and garage set up would have kept us occupied all week but we had to go to the beach a handful of times. The beach is also walking distance from the house!

The condo was as advertised. We were highly satisfied with the property and Chad was extremely responsive to all my messages, usually responding within 10 minutes. Would definitely return!

Easy communication with host. It was great to have the hot tub and pool…and water temps were awesome! Beach wagon with chairs and towels were convenient. Would recommend!!

Amazing, very clean, safe, beautiful place. We loved being walking distance from the beach. We spent most mornings and evenings in the pool which was super clean and well taken care of. The house had everything we needed for towels, linens, and kitchen items. My family and I really enjoyed our stay, kept commenting on how great of a place the Airbnb was and how accurately it was depicted. We had a great escape from stick season.

This was a guys trip pulling cars for the Amelia Island Concourse car show. We need enough bedrooms and beds and also the ability to park trucks and trailers off the street. This was a great fit for our needs.

Jodi was a great host and very accommodating. The residence and location was beautiful. We had a family of 8, four of them being kids. We went to the beach everyday and St. Augustine is a stone's throw away. Great place for a family vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cane Cottage — it was exactly what we were hoping for and then some. Cozy, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing family getaway. It felt like every detail had been thought of — from the well-stocked kitchen to all the little touches that made it feel like home. The location couldn’t be better — literally steps to the beach, which most days felt like our own private spot. Waking up to the sunrise every morning was such a treat, and we spent our days either posted up with a book, wandering down the beach, searching for shells, or heading into town to explore St. Augustine. It was the perfect mix of peaceful and convenient — easy to unplug and relax, but close enough to everything we wanted to do. Our family felt so at home here, and we’re already talking about when we can come back.

This was an amazing stay for our family. The location was perfect and we walked to the beach! The house was immaculate! An added bonus was that the house was already equipped with beach trollies, umbrellas, chairs and toys to make it fun. A great vacation and we’d definitely come back if we go back to St. Augustine.

We have visited Amelia Island many times over the years, and this is by far our favorite rental! You can’t beat the location right on a quiet part of the beach and walkable to restaurants. The outdoor deck is so peaceful and is the perfect hang out spot for meals and reading. We made use of the beach chairs and toys. The 2 bedrooms/2 baths were perfect for our family of 4. We’ve already booked our return stay for next year!

Brian was very responsive when i had to message him. This place was perfect for my girlfriend and I on our first getaway. Super quite, so close to the water, and close to everything. Super clean and full of amenities. Willie and his wife live upstairs and they co host. Easily the nicest two people we had ever met in our lives. They were friendly and made us feel like we were welcome!!! Great trip. Would gladly stay everytime we head back to JAX, which will be very soon.
