With photo-ready furnishings, white cotton and linen bedding, and subtle antique decor, our cottage exudes a warm vibe that will make you feel right at home. Please, no wild parties or drug use. Located about an hour south of ATL and only 2 miles from I-75. Come enjoy and relax in this private lakefront cottage that is only minutes from High Falls State Park and other outdoor attractions.

Greek Revival Farmhouse

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Pierce Farmhouse was built in 1870 as a wedding gift for a son. We have owned it for 20 years and have made another set of renovations to bring it back to its original charm and character while making it more comfortable with modern amenities. The farmhouse sits on 60 wooded acres in High Shoals and guests have access to our pond for fishing and river for canoeing. We are 20 minutes from Athens, and 15 minutes from Monroe and Madison.

Spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home, right on the water of Jackson Lake, 20 min drive from Monticello, Covington and Jackson, GA, known for Vampire Diaries and Stranger Things! Swim, fish, ski, kayak, or just relax on the deck, dock or patio. Boat ramp located within one mile. Home has a swimming dock and a dock for boat hookup. No smoking, vaping or pets allowed. Maximum of 9 overnight guests and 5 cars allowed on the property. Maximum of 12 people total, day or night, allowed.

The Nest, Charming Country Setting south of Athens

This guest suite is located above the detached three car garage across from the main house. Beautiful views of the countryside, including horses and chickens! Sanford Stadium and beautiful downtown Athens are just 14 miles north of us (a 22 minute drive). Historic Madison is 19 miles to the south of us. You are welcome to fish or kayak on our pond as well. Come stay with us! We do have a no-pet policy and a no-smoking policy. Thank you for respecting our space.

Also enjoy relaxing on the dock swing. 3 beds downstairs (2 fulls, twin) and 3 twin beds in the loft. Cozy cabin with indoor fireplace with huge flat lot for enjoying the lake and outdoor activities. Available for rental also are a twin pair of Seadoos and a Tritoon. *** Absolutely NO PARTIES AND NO LOUD OR OBSCENE MUSIC.
