Today, it is a private Estate with big jungle trees, about 4km of trails, fruit orchards and beautiful gardens. The house has been fully renovated and is welcoming and comfortable. A large wrap-around terrace looks out toward Volcán Barú and La Amistad Park. Hacienda Viva offers a setting to slow down and reconnect. Our place offers something for everyone..a perfect place to enjoy and make Memories!

Casa El Guarumo sits at the top of our 4-acre permaculture farm, situated between Parque Internacional La Amistad and the town of San Vito, Coto Brus. Come to reset and unwind. La propiedad cuenta con proximidad a supermercados, restaurantes, centro de salud y estación de servicio, además de acceso directo a calle asfaltada. A 6 minutos se ubican COSEVI la estación donde se realiza las pruebas de manejo y la terminal de Tracopa(Buses). Ofrecemos amplio estacionamiento para dos vehículos.

Whales and dolphins will show off right in front certain months of the year. IMPORTANT: please consider the driving time from San José: 4 hours. For their safety, we ask our guests to arrive before sundown. the roads are in good state, but not well illuminated.
