The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, high-end cabinetry and granite counter-tops with seating for 9 at the bar and table. Off of the family room overlooking the 4th green are all of the things you need to enjoy an evening sunset, including lounge chairs, outdoor tables, and seating and a gas BBQ. Main Level King Suite Upstairs are three bedrooms in addition to a TV/Family room. The first bedroom offers a king-size pillow-top with a private covered balcony and chairs to sit and enjoy the views of the pool as well as looking toward Zion National Park. The second bedroom offers a King-size pillow-top with a French door to access a covered patio overlooking the 4th green and Coral Canyon. ​​​​​​​The Third bedroom has a king bed The upstairs loft area has 1 Twin and one Double size mattress with a TV and DVD player to enjoy playing games or watching a movie undisturbed. The final room upstairs is a room with a comfortable couch and overstuffed chair with ottoman to enjoy TV and relaxation away from the main floor. Extras! 4 comfortable portable mattresses with pillows, sheets, and blankets. There is a large assortment of games and other activities the children can do if they don't want to spend all of their time at the pool that is conveniently located less than 100 feet directly across the residential street. There is also a fishing pond across the street.
