El apartamento se encuentra en lugar muy bonito con el cafetería en el primero piso para las compras que necesitas como viajero. Hay muchos restaurantes y bares 5minutos caminando. La habitación estuvo muy bonita y limpia, tenía las cosas que necesitaba para cocinar para trabajar también. Me gustó que el dueño siempre estaba atento de cualquier duda que tenía en mi estancia. Muchas gracias por recibirme en mi su lugar!!

Fredy was such a great host. We stayed there over a month and we’re very happy. He was always responsive - even willing to drive two hours when we lost the key! Thankfully we found the key, but the gesture was so appreciated. Excellent location, apartment and host. Thanks Fredy!

This was our 2nd stay here and we still love it. Great location close to many restaurants, bars, and transportation. Gets a lil noisy on weekend nights so plan excursions accordingly. Definitely recommend!

Nothing short of spectacular! Convenient location not too much in the middle of the noise of el poblado but walkable to everything. Everything was spotless and clean. The jacuzzi is cleaned and drained between guests and the view is amazing. I can tell there’s been a lot of work put into the decor of this unit and Charles’ local recs were much appreciated. As a fellow Airbnb host, this is the caliber of stay I expect! Don’t hesitate.

Had a fantastic stay at Abril’s place. Great communication. Balcony was the perfect place for morning coffee or a glass of wine. Will try to stay here next time.

Natalia’s loft was an amazing stay. From the sauna to the fully equipped kitchen to in unit laundry, you really couldn’t ask for much more. WiFi was decently fast. Doormen were extremely kind. There is construction nearby so if you’re noise sensitive it might not be the easiest stay. But hopefully it’s temporary. We were totally fine with the noise level. Outside of that it’s extremely quiet, and construction usually stops by 3PM or so. I would highly recommend Natalia’s, and I hope to come back again soon!

El loft es hermoso y está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, ideal para descansar. Aunque no hay acceso inmediato al transporte público, caminando entre 7 y 10 minutos se puede llegar a una parada de Metroplús, lo que facilita la conexión con el resto de la ciudad. También es fácil movilizarse en taxi o mediante aplicaciones como Uber. Alejo es muy atento y amable.

I was very pleased with this apartment loft, the area has lots to offer and much cheaper then staying in Pablado. The host was great and most of the staff was very pleasant. The older gentleman that does late night/ early morning had an attitude but everyone else was great. I would absolutely recommend this host and the loft to friends, family and anyone wanting to be in a nice secure building. thank you so much for having me in your beautiful home. I may return again and this will be my go to location.

Ev, eşyalar temiz ve yeniydi. Konaklamaktan keyif aldığım bir yer oldu açıkçası. Ev sahibi ilgili ve çabuk dönüş yapan çok tatlı birisi burdan teşekkür ediyorum. Genel olarak her şey iyiydi. Tekrar konaklamak isteyeceğim bir yer. Temiz, huzurlu, güvenli, ferah ve merkezi konuma sahip bir daire.

Mi estancia en este apartamento fue maravillosa. Me acostumbre muy rápido a estar ahi. El trato de el señor Luis fue maravilloso. El personal de la portería es muy amable y atento. Voy a extrañar muchísimo mi estadía en Medellin y el parque que esta en frente del edificio. ( iba todas las mañanas hacer ejercicios) 100% recomiendo a el señor Luis como anfitrión, siempre estaré agradecida por su atención y amabilidad. Si vas a Medellin es el mejor sitio para hospedarte.

Nury and Andres are great hosts! Always willing to help. I had some issues with door lock at the entry but hosts worked with me to find a resolution. This apartment is a great accommodation for a short time one or two person stay with a great view.

El apto es súper lindo - me encanta la vista para la calle y las montañas. Todo muy cómodo y moderno, hay suficiente espacio para todo, bien iluminado. La ducha es genial, la cama grande, cómoda y hay dos sets de sábanas - todo estaba limpio cuando llegué. El apto es bien privado - no se escuchan los vecinos ni sus mascotas. Marcel es un host muy simpático y comunicativo - siempre responde los mensajes. La cocina es perfectamente equipada - creo que nunca he estado en un airbnb que tendría tantas cosas en la cocina para usar - muy conveniente. Se escucha de vez en cuando el ruido de la calle, pero nada grave - un tráfico normal a veces. Además, uno sabe que en Medellín encontrar una casa sin ruido callejero es imposible:) El internet estuvo bien - a veces se corta un poco, pero puede ser por la operadora en el barrio en general y no internet de la casa. Detrás de la ventana vienen pajaritos y cantan :). A mí no me molesta, pero de pronto a alguien sí. En general muy recomendable!

Me quedé un mes en el alojamiento de María. Es un lugar muy bonito rodeado de muchos arboles, ubicado en una zona tranquila si no quieres mucho ruido alrededor, además tiene sus cortinas blackout. Maria es muy atenta cuando le escribía respondía rápidamente. La única área de mejora que propondría es al menos poner un microondas, una cocina más equipada para largas estancias y un secador de pelo. De resto todo perfecto !
