Istambul: aluguel por temporada com home theater

I've been in Istanbul 6 times already, and this is by far the best accommodation. Good price, helpful staff, private room for an unbeatable price, cleaning of common areas every day, good social areas and kind people. Also, probably the best possible location in Istanbul, you can get anywhere fast and it's not directly in the pub/party area, it's not noisy, you can chill as well. Would recommend to anyone.

I want to give 5 stars to the owner for his hospitality. Everything was great.We stayed at the hotel for a week. The owner tried to do everything to make us comfortable staying in his hotel.

Fantastic flat tucked into a charming neighborhood with restaurants, shops, & bakeries all close by. Spacious & very comfortable. It’s the kind of place that when you arrive you wished you lived there. We were very happy to have landed there for part of our time exploring the city. Having access to laundry was also a plus. The place is well appointed & cleaned & the communication was easy & straightforward. Highly recommended.

Merve & Hasan are what Airbnb was like at the very beginning, super-cool locals who are excited to show you what makes their city and neighborhood amazing. My flight was delayed until almost midnight, and Merve not only stayed up to help me check in but invited me (with absolutely no pressure either way!) to a bar with her friends, who (like Merve herself) were all *so* lovely and sweet and welcoming (and absolutely hilarious). We stayed out til nearly 5am, and it was so great hearing about their lives and getting to try interesting cocktails and local street food. She was super-responsive from the get-go, and gave fantastic recommendations for hyper-local things to see, do, and eat. The neighborhood is safe at all hours, on a quiet side street while still very close to all the action. Kedi is a sweetheart and has full reign over common areas, but the room is very private (and very large!) I only stayed a couple days, but it was such a lovely introduction to Istanbul. Highly recommend!

Отличные хозяева! Дождались меня, несмотря на задержку рейса на 2 часа. Квартира полностью соответствовала фото, чистая и уютная. Всё было на высшем уровне. Очень рекомендую!

Fab host, kept in touch with me from when I booked to when I arrived Checkin was easy and no fussing around or waiting Easily located and within touching distance of Taksim square Absolutely 100% recommend If you want to do transport to the airport and from you can arrange this with no issues through the host so definitely worth asking before All in all a fab host and will be recommending this place if I know anyone is coming to the area in the future So glad the apartment had a lift as I always travel heavy and it was just what I needed 24 hour reception and even we came back at odd times no issues getting in and out Thank you so much for your hospitality and always being friendly (all staff) I hope to try and return soon

If you are in search of a home in Istanbul near the major attractions, and also within a walking distance of eateries, shops, and stores this is it. The location is large, lovely, and spotless. Additionally, Fatih is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I will be referring this airbnb to everybody I know who are visiting this stunning country, Turkey. Wonderful apartment in the very center of Istanbul. The apartment is super clean and cozy, the interior is thought out to the smallest detail, the living room is spacious and bright. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could need for cooking. The hostess was always in touch, she is a very pleasant and sociable person. We would love to come back here if we stay in Istanbul!

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Manzara fotoğraflardan gözüken daha da güzel. Heryere yürürmeye mesafesinde. Evde ev aleti olarak herşey vardı. Tek problem sigara içmek için bina değil bahçeninde dışına çıkılması lazım.

Kız kıza konakladığımız bu evde harika bir deneyim yaşadık. Ev hem çok temizdi hem de tam fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Konumu oldukça merkezi, çevrede ihtiyacımız olan her şeye kolayca ulaşabildik. Ayrıca ev sahibinin sunduğu havalimanı transfer hizmeti çok pratik ve konforluydu, bu da seyahatimizi oldukça rahatlattı. Genel olarak her şeyden çok memnun kaldık, kesinlikle tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz bir yer.
