The flat is exactly like the photos and in a fab location right in town, minutes from RedJet. Lots of delicious cafes nearby including great fish’n’chip shop opposite. As the flat is in the middle of town I’d recommend ear plugs as you do hear everyone coming out of the bars and the bin men on Thursday mornings. Fortunately I had mine! Overall lovely little flat and I’d love to come back

Waterside House, is located perfectly, on the High Street for shops, bars and restaurants. The property itself is clean, bright and equipped with everything you could need. The property feels fresh, and secure. It’s brilliant!

This is a good, well-maintained property with thoughtful decor. The hosts are very responsive and helpful, even accommodated our early check-in request happily. It's conveniently located near the beach, shops, and restaurants, with good transport links. Just be aware that it's a basement property, so there are a few stairs to navigate, and while the kitchen has a microwave and kettle, it doesn't have a cooktop.

Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful stay at Kevin's place! The home was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, and the host was incredibly friendly and responsive. I truly felt at home and would absolutely return for another visit. Highly recommend!

What a fabulous apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Kirsty. Our party consisted of me, my husband and 2 daughters, along with my brother, his wife and my 83 year old mum. The bedroom configuration worked perfectly for us… The large room and en-suite shower room worked perfectly for my brother… who has some disabilities. The apartment had such a warm homely feel and we would highly recommend it. We definitely hope to stay here again and will recommend to our friends and family

The apartment had all the facilities and equipment one could wish for. It was very comfortable and full of interesting photos and memorabilia .

We had a lovely stay at Sonia’s place. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Sonia had kindly left lovely little touches for us to find (breakfast things and such). We would highly recommend Sonia’s place when visiting the Isle of Wight. We will definitely rent again when we come back to the island! Don’t hesitate, it’s a great find! Thank you so much!

The hosts were great from start to finish. They helped us book the ferry with the discount, and when the ferry was delayed they also helped us get a refund. The place itself was really nice and had pretty much everything we needed. I notice that others complained about noise as it was on the High Street, for us it wasn't too bad. There was some noise, but nothing to keep you up night, although our stay wasn't during any special events.

Lovely flat for 2 overlooking the old harbour and out to see without interruption. Comfortable and clean with efficient heating, good 5’ bed and bedding.close to the town centre for mini supermarkets ( co-op and Tesco) butcher and a fish stall on the pier with today’s catch. Excellent breakfast available at Bestie and Spinky at the bottom of the hill. Good selection of lunch and evening eateries both on the seafront and in the town. We would especially recommend Mushi Rex at the top of the road ( turn left around AJ Careless the solicitors!!!) and the Spy glass pub on the seafront as well as Blake’s cafe in the shed on the beach. Only negatives are the hill back up to the flat which is a bit of a killer and parking on the road opposite is a bit hit and miss

A wonderful location full of Seaview glamour, comfortable, fully-equipped and with lots of things indoors and outdoors to entertain the children. We loved every aspect of our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to come again. Thank you, James!

Just back from a lovely couple of nights stay in Ryde, perfect location, close to shops, beach etc. Apartment was lovely, balcony a bonus, especially as we were lucky enough to have nice weather! Would recommend and would stay here again. Thank you

We stayed with our two children (5&9). Amazing view and loved hearing the sound of the sea. The apartment is tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, parking was a big plus point as it’s difficult to find parking in Ventnor. Great location to explore the island. Quick and easy walk down to the beach, although a little harder on the way back up. We felt very at home here and would return. Mel was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly.

Had a great week's stay. Harry met me on arrival and showed me around the flat and quickly arranged for a not quite hot radiator to be looked at first thing the next morning. Apartment is well equipped with all the kitchen utensils you could wish for, the living room is cosy and the bedroom very comfortable. Although just back from the seafront esplanade, it was very quiet whilst just a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre and a 5 minute walk from the Hover terminal.

A very comfortable little flat in a quiet location - great views out over the water and especially lovely first thing in the morning when the sun rises right behind the house. Kitchen well-equipped and everything (that we tried!) in perfect working order. Would love to return, if life ever brings us in this direction again...

Fantastic accommodation, pristine condition. Walking distance to all restaurants and marina. We recommend you book evening meals in advance as restaurants generally get booked up. Perfect location. Great hosts. Brilliant stay. Thank you.

Had a great stay! Room was delightful. Bathroom was really special. Flat was perfectly prepared for our visit and departure extension was just perfect!! We were so surprised how quiet the flat was, and the blackout curtains were great. If you’re coming g to Bournemouth this is the perfect staycation. Thank you Charlotte.

We love the Southbourne area and have stayed in a number of properties in the area over the years. This has to be the best one in terms of location, spaciousness and quality and range of equipment at the property. The lounge diner is nice and airy, big comfy sofa and chair and smart TV. The kitchen had lots of plates, mugs, glasses etc and lots of pans and utensils. Everything we needed was there. There was a nice welcome hamper with bread, milk, juice, biscuits etc. Bedrooms were bright and airy with comfy beds. Lovely shower in the en-suite! The apartment is close to Fisherman’s Walk, where you can walk down to the beach and promenade. There’s absolutely tonnes to do in the area, which is why we keep coming back, you’re definitely able to find something to suit everyone’s interests, young or old. And then there’s the Lazy Spa and outside area to enjoy after a long day exploring. Thanks Jemma, we had a great stay and would love to stay here again next time!

We had a great bank holiday weekend. The place was perfect for our family of 4 with our dog. Our kids loved the hot tub. We also thought the kitchen was good for eating meals. The location is amazing especially if you are looking to go to the dog friendly beach, ferry, or restaurants.

We loved staying at Little Gem in Shanklin. The flat is beautiful and comfortable. It has a lovely Georgian window with window seat and it is perfectly located for exploring the coast.

I really cabt recommend Jonathons place more positively. Lots of really good resturants and bars in walking distance as is the spectacular beach. Which is stunning. Easy reach of Bournmouth and Sandbanks. And the hot tub was amazing. Cant recommend this location enough for a really chilled get away. 100% use again in the near future.

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was so clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub was fantastic. The beds were so comfy (and I am super picky about this). The location was great, we had such a great stay, my daughter did not want to leave.

Wow is all I can say. If we could give 6 stars we would have. Karen and Lee are so attentive, friendly and welcoming. The place is ideal location, quiet and lovely. the place is perfect to stay, the hot tub and garden is so tranquil and peaceful, all the amenities are perfect. The breakfast bits and cooking oil, seasons etc are an added touch! Honestly we loved it here and would definitely return! Thanks both 😃

My son and I had a comfortable stay at Charlotte's flat. I probably forgot to tell her that we needed 2 beds but she was able to rectify it for our second night, so that was great! Thank you. Kitchen had everything you would need for cooking - just bring kithen roll if you need one - and all were in working order. Having laundry and dryer was handy for us too. There are many restaurants in walking distance, which was very convenient. We hope to come back next year!
