Villa Augusta is a Tuscan inspired home on 30 acres in beautiful wine country. Wineries, the Katy trail and the MO river are just minutes away There are 2 separate & private rental spaces Enjoy the 2BR/1BA known as "The Cellar" on the entire lower floor, (this listing) or look to "The Villa," (our other listing). Return from a day at the wineries or biking the KatyTrail and relax in pool/spa or try a game of BOCCE ball. All outdoor spaces are shared. All indoor spaces are completely private.

Beautifully decorated warm cabin feel. Spacious bedroom with nice desk for your laptop work space. Bathroom has washer and dryer. Living room has thick-cushioned leather futon for second bed, counter space with microwave/air fryer, paper products, and kuerig coffee maker, new 5’ fridge, 50” flat screen TV. Access to outdoor hot tub. Internet was weak so affected some reviews but is super fast now. Near Cedar Lake Winery, Big Joel’s Safari, Long Row Lavender Farm, and Pumpkins Galore
