The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Das lichtdurchflutete Apartment befindet sich im Dachgeschoss unseres Hauses (1.Stock). Es wurde 2020 neu gebaut und bietet mit seinen 100m2 viel Platz zum Aufenthalt. Auf der grossen Loggia könnt ihr in der Abendsonne sitzen oder draussen frühstücken. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner können im Keller mitgenutzt werden.
