Charming, small apartment directly across from a great park and only blocks from the beach. My son and I enjoyed our time here and Sean was incredibly responsive

Quiet and peaceful place, spacious, clean and private. Ana Maria was a great host, allowed me to check in at a time that was best for me, and even drove me to see the local shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here. I had a friend in the area who was driving me, if this wasn't the case I would definitely suggest hiring a car whilst staying here!

What a treat it was to stay at Barbara's place! The location was so central to everything in Santa Monica and street parking was easy. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, and so cozy. Barbara also provided us with a lot of snacks/fruit and was extremely responsive whenever I had a question. MauMau (the cat - our other host ;) ) is a super social and friendly cat - probably one of the most chillest/cutest cats I've hung out with so that was a special bonus! Finally, I was not feeling very well the day of check out and Barbara so graciously let me rest in the room even though it was a couple of hours after check out. I would definitely recommend her place to others!

The unit was extremely clean and well-maintained, though the living room furniture and rug are different than what appears in the listing photos. Ultimately not a big deal, though. The building itself is traditional/classic Hollywood architecture on a residential street. It was easy to find and easy to access with the codes provided by the host. The unit was in a good location - a $10-$12 Uber to Hollywood & Highland, the West Hollywood bars, Beverly Hills, Sunset Strip, The Grove, etc., or if you're up to it, you can just walk to all those places. Overall, I had a great stay, but I did experience significant around-the-clock noise (heavy walking/stomping) from the residents of the unit above this one that would make me second guess a repeat stay. However, neighbor noise will always be a possibilty if you're in an apartment building.

Had a great stay in Manhattan beach! The location was very convenient and just a few minutes walking to the beach and several great restaurants. Kristi was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Staying at Carlos’s place was perfect for us. The place was spotless and the neighborhood pristine. Shops and restaurants were in walking distance with a nice variety to choose from. If we had questions, Carlos was easy to get in touch with. I’d definitely stay here again.

I loved staying at Maria's place. It was close to most areas I had to go to, 10 minutes away from the airport and was a little haven in the middle of Long Beach. The owners were very nice and helpful. It had all the amenities I needed, with a tastefully decorated apartment. I definitely would stay there again!

The place was great, really quiet and serene. The place surrounding is a little hilly, but you will have a great time relaxing.

One of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at. The location is AMAZING! Steps away from the beach. David is a wonderful host and was available to answer any questions we had. He also was able to accommodate our early check in. We had no trouble parking and the street cleaners didn’t come until 10:30am on Thurs/Fri so we had plenty of time to move our car, if needed. We traveled with our toddler and it was the best he has ever slept on vacation. The neighborhood is super cute and quiet. My sister traveled with us and slept on the sleeper sofa. She said it was comfortable. There are coffee shops and restaurants 5 minutes away (driving). 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Location, location, location! Wonderful, spotless, and wonderful communication. Parking was perfect. Place is great. The shower takes a bit to warm. I could not get the local news which I like to have on when I travel and I could not find the WiFi. It's a great location but it's the city... so can be a bit noisy. But that is just the City... I used to live in the area... and comes with the Territory! DO NOT HESITATE AND BOOK THIS GEM!

Aaron was always responsive and friendly. The house is spacious and had an equipped kitchen. Everything went well!

Great stay at Anthonys pace, super clear communication from the get go. Very clean with all amenities you would need, would definitely recommend.

We had a great two-week stay here. The building is very conveniently located with easy access to great restaurants and stores. And given that we had two cars, the two parking spaces were extremely helpful! The apartment itself was very clean and had a minimalistic aesthetic which we appreciated. It was also nice to have access to the community areas such as the pool and gym.

My second stay, great great location, clean and cozy, easy check in and out, parking spot near the elevator to secured building (rare to have parking in dtlb included). Felt safe, would definitely stay again.

Second time I've stayed at this unit. The close proximity to the UCLA campus with private (underground) parking is fantastic. The unit is clean, quiet and well furnished and equipped. Always like to stay here when I'm visiting my son at UCLA.

Maxime was a wonderful host, incredibly responsive and attentive, often checking in to see how I was doing or if I needed anything. The space was exactly as described, with an absolutely incredible view of downtown Los Angeles. It was clean, quiet, and very cozy. Perfect for a guest or two. I would definitely stay here again. At night the view was just perfect. Access to the building gym was a highlight, plus with a heated pool and hot tub on the same level was the cherry on the cake.
