The Lookout at Old Saltworks on Cape San Blas

Escape to “Old Florida Charm” in this cozy one bedroom studio cottage that overlooks the beautiful St. Joe Bay. This tiny little cabin is steeped in history. It stands at the site of a historic Civil War bombardment of a Confederate Salt Works and is nestled in the woods with beautiful palm trees, palmettos and abounding wildlife such as bears, raccoons and bobcats. This cabin is perfect for anyone who loves “Old Florida”/history/kayaking/fishing/scalloping/biking/wildlife/nature or relaxing.

Captain’s Harbor

Relax at this peaceful, recently renovated home with original hardwood floors and front porch swing. It’s located on an acre of beautiful flowering plants and fruit trees. Our cozy cottage is only two blocks from the Apalachicola Bay and two miles from downtown Apalachicola for shopping and restaurants. We are centrally located between St George Island and CSB just a short drive from fishing and sightseeing adventures. There is a $100.00 dog fee with a two dogs max (no cats.)

A-Lure on the Bay

A-Lure is our downstairs apartment on St. George Island. The space is located right on the bay with a 100 yard long dock. It is a four block walk to the beach from this side of the island. The room includes a really nice view, KING bed, TV, wi-fi , mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and drinking water. The space has its own AC/Heat system. Access to the dock is all yours and we have a two person kayak at your disposal as well. Come and relax at our peaceful place on SGI.

Located in St. Joe Beach beside Mexico Beach. A short walk or drive to pristine sugar white sand "pet friendly" beach that stretches for miles either way with no condos or tall apartments anywhere to be seen. Plenty of room for boats and trailers on this 1/2 acre. You and your guests share a private entertainment area which converts to a bedroom. A private bedroom is also provided. Bathroom includes a shower. Small kitchen area with mini refrigerator, sink and microwave.

Attached to a seldom-used two-car garage, it is super quiet, completely private, and very clean. Your hosts are a retired couple who live on-site in a detached residence. English and German spoken. Pets (one dog only) welcome with prior coordination. Late check in is NOT available; we will meet you at the door.
