L'immeuble est sécurisé (porte blindé) et le quartier très calme. Beaucoup de commerce sont à proximité (casino, carrefour ect). Chaque dimanche à lieu le marché de Clichy qui est sympathique et remplie d'artisan de la France entière. La station de métro la plus proche (3mn) est "mairie de Clichy" ligne 13.
