We had a great stay at JJ House. Very clean and very comfortable with everything we needed. Close to the train stations for both metro and JR and close to shops. Almost on the river with beautiful cherry trees. Amazing all around.

We enjoyed our brief stay at Akira’s a lot! Super spacious (for Tokyo), many amenities and helpful guides to browse at. The area is very peaceful despite being very close to Shinjuku. Akira was a great host!

Repeat visit two years later to this hidden gem off the tourist-heavy paths of Tokyo. The location is very strategic, near the city and on the doorstep to countryside areas such as Mt. Takao. The owners restaurant offers the wonderful curry and plenty of homely charm, mirroring the cozy apartment. If I come back to Tokyo again with a similarly sized group, I will definitely stay here a third time.

寝室は1階にあり、スーツケースの持ち運びも楽で、収納スペースも十分です。今回は妻と2人で滞在しましたが、グループやご家族でも快適に過ごせると思います。 東京の下町の雰囲気を楽しめる絶好のロケーションで、江戸川沿いを散歩しながらスカイツリーを眺める時間はとても贅沢でした。スカイツリーや浅草へのアクセスも良く、観光にも便利です。 また、室内では無料で読める漫画が用意されており、アニメ好きにはたまらない空間でした。ホストの方も対応が早く、安心して滞在することができました。 心からおすすめできる宿泊先です。

This was our first time in Japan, and we brought our 2 large dogs. The host, Yu, was incredibly responsive and kind! For example, we had luggage shipped to this Airbnb, and Yu helped immensely with being the point-of-contact and even waiting for its arrival when we were not at the house. Our dogs loved the spacious outside area, and it was easy to keep them off of the tatami mats and beds because those rooms were separated by doors. The interior and exterior showed a beautiful, more traditional Japanese house. The beds were raised and comfortable, and the blankets/comforters kept us warm. The room heating units also worked very, very well! The free parking on the property was amazing! The house was stocked with plenty of supplies (towels, tissues, toothbrushes, shower supplies, etc.), perfect for our long stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cookware, and it was fun to use the outside BBQ grill. Thank you so much, Yu, for the wonderful stay at your house!

The place is very comfy for my family of four. Tho train stations are 10-14mins away , we definitely enjoyed walking around the area, just like going to Showajima station, also local bus station is just 4min away so it’s fine. The house was clean and every necessity was provided. And 7/11 and Aeon grocery just across the house was very convenient for us. Until next time.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Deko’s place. It was easy to find, check in process was easy, and she responded to any questions we had very promptly. We appreciated access to little things we may need that were in the hallway, like water, cleaning supplies, snacks, etc. We would stay here again! Thank you for having us!

A beautiful place to stay, spacious and with everything you need. Tomoko-san was very kind and picked me up from the station. The surrounding area is ideal for walking or cycling around the city. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here at Yumiko’s place. It was perfect for our needs. It was a close walk to the subway station, right next to 711 and family mart for late night snacks/drinks. The Airbnb itself had ample space for our family of 3. It came with a supplied kitchen, washer, dryer racks, and anything else you might need. Yumiko was very responsive and great at communicating. Would definitely come back to stay here again if given the opportunity! Thanks for the amazing stay!

I stayed at Shigeru’s for a month and couldn’t be happier. He was extremely kind and welcoming and the place was exactly like the pictures. I especially love the kitchen. There are many shops very close by and the apartment has a charm to it. I highly suggest staying at Shigeru’s!!!!

I stayed here for 3 nights and her house was beautiful.. house had all the amenities and it was very clean .. I would highly recommend this place as it is well connected to all the places in Tokyo and very near by to the station .. there were good restaurants in the locality to eat and roam around .. would love to come and stay here again .. jianrui is an amazing host and she was always responsive and helpful .. I was traveling with my kid and she was very helpful with everything.. highly recommend this place ..

Akane is the best host you’ll ever come across and mark my words for it !!! She is the person you want as a mentor/host if you’re coming to tokyo .. She has been really helpful throughout my stay from telling which are the affordable routes to places to giving insides of tokyo !! Telling the best places to go She had been a great host with really clean house Akane literally tries to manage everything from early check in to keeping luggage even after check out (depends on availability of house) A clear view of skytree tower from window Bus stand is literally road across and very very convenient location Peaceful quiet location and in mid of tokyo

Great stay! We had no problems here as a party of 6. Plenty of food and grocery options are available in the area.

Loved our stay at Akira's property. It was the perfect location, quiet yet a short train ride into the city. Well suited for our group of 7 people. Bathrooms were clean and beds were very cosy. Would definitely stay again.

This is my second time staying in Kan's beautiful house. Just like the description on the website, it has the perfect location. Just a few minutes walk from the subway station, the area is quiet, peaceful yet very safe. I absolutely love the bed and kitchen. The bed is big and very comfortable . There are multiple supermarkets within walkable distance where you can get fresh ingredients to cook meals in their professional kitchen. These are the things I love most about Kan's place and they made me feel like home. Thank you Kan again for offering such a beautiful house for me to have the vacation I have longed for.

This is our second time staying at Toku-San’s home. Wonderful location, roomy and it had everything we needed for a short five-day visit. Hoping to return again next year!

Très beau logement, original mais très fonctionnel sur 3 ou 4 niveaux. Très pratique d’avoir 2 WC. Quartier très calme. Ikebukuro est aussi un nœud de correspondance du métro, donc très pratique pour aller partout.

Billy’s lovely Airbnb was just perfect. Great location; loved the neighborhood. Very peaceful, tucked away from the hustle and bustle; but just a few minutes walk to the Hatagaya train station and all of Tokyo accessible. My favorite time in Tokyo was wandering through the nearby neighborhoods. Loved Sunday Bake Shop and Paddler’s Coffee; both just a short walk away. Two markets with everything you could ever need seconds (Lawson) to one minute away (larger grocery store with great produce and fresh sushi). Billy was the perfect host- so communicative; we had zero issues the whole trip. The space is very clean and comfortable; really great shower. Thank you Billy for hosting us. Can’t wait to come back to Tokyo!

Great location which is just a short walk to the subway. Short train ride to places like Shibuya and Shinjuku. Yet quiet and peaceful. The personal parking was a big plus for us as we were driving. And the washer with dryer was really convenient. Place was neat and clean. Miho was responsive and instructions were clear. A hidden gem in the heart of Tokyo.
