New appliances throughout. 10 mins walk to Farmers market, 5 mins drive to Clevedon village, Hunua and mountain bike tracks. 15 mins drive Duder reserve, Kauri Bay Boomrock. 20 mins to Maraetai beach and Beachlands for the ferry to the City. max people 8 (6 staying, 2 visitors) Friendly cats will visit, if you have allergies this won't be for you. Fabulous on Thames coast. Stylish, well appointed 1 bedroom cottage, open plan living, dining, kitchen with direct access to lovely outdoor relaxation areas. A quiet haven off the main road, only 100 mtrs easy walk to beach reserve and fishing. Enjoy the birdsong, sunrise and daytime hours in the shady, tropical garden at the rear of the house with its generous outdoor seating and dining facilities, and take in the sunset from the deck and coastal garden in the front of the house.

Coromandel, Beachfront Wyuna Bay

You'll love our location, it is quite unique. In a prior life it was a mechanics workshop which we have repurposed into a delightful home. BTW - Once you book, you will have the wing to yourselves, even it's just you. Relax in the covered terrace with a cuppa in the morning and unwind with a beer or wine in the evening before hitting the many fine restaurants and eateries in the area. Tea, coffee, milk and "some treats" included.
