Relax in our compact annexe which is attached to the main house in a gorgeous country road located in Hockley, Essex. Suitable for 1 or 2 people wishing to enjoy the local area with plenty of outside activities to do. Near to Hockley Woods and walking distance (15 mins) to Hockley Town and close to Rayleigh with buses in either direction. Southend Seafront and Chelmsford are a bus ride away. Hockley Station is a 20 minute walk, which is direct to Stratford or London Liverpool Street station.

Check-in is from 4pm. Check-out is by 10.00am. Early check in available for supplement as is check out. The Secret Hideaway is a self contained living space. Make use of the cooker to prepare a meal or relax watching your latest TV series. The bathroom is fully equipped with a power shower and is stylishly decorated with light grey tiles and white brickettes. Spacious detached annex. Has its own entrance and independent patio for privacy. Open plan Kitchen/ Living Room. Bathroom boasts a large Shower. Towels are provided. Close to town center, shops, train station and River Crouch. Other things to note: There is a kettle, toaster, microwave and a sandwich toaster/grill. This is a KITCHENETTE, not a full working kitchen. Breakfast is provided in the way of Bread, Cereal, a choice of apple and orange juice, tea and coffee etc.

This spacious ground floor one bedroom annexe is situated in the charming town of Leigh-on-Sea. The annexe is joined to the main building by a locked acoustic door. Plenty of local shops within a 5-15 minute walk and a 20-30 minute walk to Leigh broadway, Old Leigh/beach and Leigh station. EV charger available. A small south-facing patio available for guest use.
