With backup power supply, uninterrupted sea and mountain views and a 5 minute walk to the beach right next to Mariner's Wharf, restaurants and renowned flea markets. The villa has 3 levels with their own large bedroom suites. All bedrooms have king size beds, air-conditioning, en-suite bathrooms. Secure off street parking, guest bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, scullery, dining and lounge area.

Sunny 3 Bedroom House with Mountain Views

Brand new 3 Bedroom House with open plan living. The House has a pool and outdoor deck with a garden. The house have beautiful views of the valley and mountains in Hout Bay. Located in a neighbourhood in Hout Bay close to restaurants and shops. Cape Town is a 30 min drive and Chapmans peak and constant wine farms on your doorstep. There is 3 bedrooms one onsite with a king size bed and 2 bedrooms with 1 queen size bed and a king size bed. We now have back up power during load shedding.

*LOADSHEDDING MEASUREMENTS IN PLACE* Beach Place is een modern strandhuis gelegen op een kleinschalig beveiligd complex aan het prachtige Hout Bay strand. In totaal beschikt Beach Place over vier slaapkamers en drie badkamers, een meer dan volledig ingerichte keuken en een klein privé zwembad. Tevens bevindt zich een groot gezamenlijk zwembad op het complex waar onze gasten gratis gebruik van mogen maken. Stylish en ruimtelijk. Centraal gelegen om de mooie Kaap te ontdekken.

Mountain House

Mountain House is perched at the top of Camps Bay . The house has three bedrooms two with queen size beds, one with a double bed . It has two bathroom areas, two showers one bath , two toilets. A fully equipped kitchen. A fireplace for those chilly nights. It has all the bells and whistles in terms of internet,wi fi , cable TV , webber gas braai, great outdoor areas to chill and of course a pool . There is a battery inverter for the property to mitigate power outages .

Blackwood Log Cabin

A tranquil and private mountain retreat where water, forest and mountains will re-awaken the soul. Set high on the mountain slopes of Constantia Nek, Blackwood Log Cabin has panoramic views across the lush valley to the mountains beyond. The 2 bedroomed house sleeps 4 with 2 bathrooms. Power outages are being experienced by SA - the oven/stove is gas, the hot water is gas, the internet is solar driven and we have 2 battery lights for guests use.
