Ski right out the front door of this stylish apartment in the heart of Hotham village and to the top of the Village chairlift. Featuring breathtaking views over the Dargo plains, modern styling, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, dining table, and a sofa The complex has a spa, sauna, heated indoor pool (only open during ski season June to September), and laundry facilities. It's only a short walk from the main car park & over-snow transport is available for your checkin/out (additional cost).

Located within the White Crystal Complex, our Apartment is ski in/Ski out. We provide high quality bed linen with extra large soft white towels and Salus Botanics. The Large bathroom is great for long hot spa baths after a powder day. Our kitchen is fantastic, with a supermarket located within the building. Our Apartment has a fantastic drying cupboard, laundry with washing machine, and is alway cosy and warm. If you prefer to stay in, we have free Foxtel and wifi to keep you entertained.

Falls Creek Schusski Summer

Without a doubt, the best location on the mountain, adjacent to the aqueduct trail with easy access to all the mountain bike and walking/running trails. High in the village amongst the snow gums, this is a perfect summer retreat. The apartment is very comfortable and well-appointed. Park at the back door to unload and reload, long-term parking available in the village carparks. For serious athletes, this is the perfect altitude training luxury home base and includes a spa bath.

This apartment is our winter home, we invite you to share it during the summer months. Perfect for couples or a small family to spend time biking or hiking the trails of Mt Hotham Alpine Resort and into the surrounding Alpine National Park, or just spending a cool summer break in the mountains. This small but fully functional two bedroom apartment is modestly furnished over two levels - a bathroom and open plan kitchen/living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.

Les Chalets 8, Falls Creek

Ski in, ski out 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, in great location next to Halley's Comet chairlift which takes you directly to ski school & all beginner & intermediate runs. Fully furnished with linen & towels included plus WiFi and Netflix. Available all year round. For the winter ski season only bookings for Fri-Sun (2 nights), Sun-Fri (5 nights), Fri-Fri (7 nights) or Sun-Sun (7 nights) are accepted.

Luxury accomodation situated in the heart of Mount Hotham Alpine Resort with true ski-in ski-out access. Triple One Studio Apartment is perfectly located in the Hotham Central building displaying magnificent views over the ski resort and beyond. It doesn't get better than this location, with access to everything you will need from ski hire, cafes, supermarket, restaurants, ticket sales and gift shops.

Central location, skiing in winter, biking in summer! Light filled 1 bedroom/Studio with some cooking facilities. Suits couple, small family, couple + 1. Not suitable for 4 adults. ***winter 2025 is byo towels and linen due to me having a new baby and no capacity to do linen. Price is altered accordingly. If you are flying and can't bring own linen and towels please ask and I can arrange.

Perfect Family Apartment

Located in the heart of Mt Buller, this two-storey apartment is perfect for families. The light-filled, open living/dining area and large kitchen makes it great for groups and families alike, with easy access to the runs and a quick walk or shuttle to the village. We do require guests to provide their own bedsheets and towels, pillows, doonas and blankets are provided.
