Very quiet, level and easy to access location. The house has 1 bedroom upstairs and one downstairs each with queen beds. There’s also a common area upstairs with 2 twin beds. There is one bathroom with shower and laundry. Ideal for a small family or two couples. Parking for 2 cars max.

We have 3 queen beds suitable for 6 guests with the option for 2 additional guests to sleep on twin inflatable beds. The perfect rustic setting for your Tahoe experience, the neighborhood is highly desirable for its tranquility and close proximity to the lake, with access to our private Chamberlands Beach/Pool/Tennis Courts just a very short walk away. The hot tub on the deck is a perfect location for stargazing. Our permit is for a MAXIMUM of 8 people, incl children and infants. No visiting friends or pets are allowed. No RVs, trailers, or u-hauls allowed.
