Great neighborhood with big beautiful old homes full of charm. 3 minutes to interstate 91 and a grocery. Close to Six Flags and all the colleges, Northampton and Amherst. Private second floor porch and parking on the street directly in front of the home. The host lives in the home in another unit. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe with many conveniences nearby.

This is an entire apartment, close to downtown. It is on the third floor, so you will have to walk up two flights of stairs. Because there are dormers (peaked areas in the ceiling), especially tall people might feel a little cramped in this space. There is a king size bed in the bedroom, a living area that includes a kitchenette, dining area, seating area and a smart TV with a fire stick, and a large bathroom. Outdoor seating on the front porch is for your use only.

There is also a fenced in back yard with a patio and outdoor dining area as well as a firepit. The house is also pet-friendly.

Large Quirky Sunny Farmhouse Apartment

The apartment is spacious, bright, and sunny. Full of charming and quirky old details like original windows, hardwood floors, and not many right angles. Definitely not a vanilla box. The furnishings are clean and comfortable and go with the farmhouse feel. Please note that the private staircase used to access the apartment is original to the house. It is steep by contemporary standards and the tread depths are all a little wonky.
