Swift response in Line app when we had difficulties when check-in at the beginning and would be great to have the check-in instruction videos directly instead once booking is confirmed. Generally it is a really nice stay for my first time in Sapporo, quiet and cosy flat and most important, a very comfy bed after a long day outside in the snow❄️ Would recommend to friends and consider to stay again for next visit to Hokkaido!🧡

The place was great!! Yumi was very responsive and provided clear instructions. Both parking and taking train was easy. No complaints at all. Highly recommend!

사장님이 너무 친절하십니다.. 대사관에서 계셨어서 영어 소통도 가능하고, 체크인 전날에도 미리 연락 주셔서 도착시간도 미리 확인해주셨어요 숙소는 작고 아담한 가정집인데 본가에 온것처럼 너무 따뜻하고 깨끗했습니다. 잠을 이렇게 잘 잔건 오랜만인것 같아요! 마지막날 버스를 타야한다고 하니 정류장과 어느버스를 타야하는지도 자세히 알려주셨어요 너무 감사합니다! 따뜻함을 느꼈어요 다음에 오타루 방문하면 재방문 할거에요 너무너무 추천드립니다!!!!

整體非常棒！ 交通方便 空間乾淨、寬敞舒適 備品齊全 家人們住的非常安心舒適☺️ 有機會會想想再去住宿！

超出预期的一次体验！五人入住也不会觉得拥挤～而且床特别舒服，房间一直很暖和，到达札幌市区和jr站都很方便！

Very lovely hosts--they even picked us up at the station and helped us get our luggage inside. Stairs to the sleeping area are Very steep and narrow so be careful with elderly parents.

10日間滞在しましたが、オーナーとのコミュニケーションも良く、快適に過ごすことができました。十字街電停や赤レンガ倉庫からも近く、便利なロケーションでした。次回の函館旅行の際にはまた利用させて頂きます。

We had an amazing stay at Blue’s place! From the start, Blue was very accommodating—every request was granted, and all our communications were promptly answered. The check-in process was smooth, with clear instructions, and the appliances were easy to use, though having English labels on all of them would have made things even more convenient (thankfully, Google Translate helped!). The location is fantastic—just a short walk to Susukino downtown, with convenience stores on both sides, making it perfect for families and groups of friends. The space was generally well-kept and comfortable, though I’d suggest reducing the bed capacity in the family room to make it feel less cramped. One more suggestion: providing a Japanese address for guests to show to taxi drivers would be really helpful to avoid confusion with other AMS buildings. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and I’d love to book this place again on my next visit. Thank you.

The right place to stay if you are driving and heading to the airport or the outlet. The tatami room looks nice too. Great value as well.

赤れんが倉庫からも近く、過ごしやすい空間でした！洗濯機やキッチン、食器類もあり、風呂やトイレもとても綺麗で清潔でした。長期滞在にも向いていると思います！またぜひ利用したいです。

チェックインも早めてくださり、チェックアウトも遅めてくださりました。 駅までの送迎もしてくださりとても助かりました。

host / owner is nice and friendly, with hand written map and other tour guide for further introducing the surrounding buildings / facility. the location is slightly difficult to find, especially in winter with snow surrounded. but the room is big enough for 1 -2 people living and have washing machine is the most important thing for my trip. thanks again for the hospitality and looking forward to come back very soon☺️☺️

We had a wonderful time at this lovely flat. It is very well located and communication was very efficient. Lots of restaurants and markets at walking distance plus the wonderful Nakajima park which had many cherry blossom trees in full bloom. Would highly recommend.

地理位置优越，出中岛公园地铁口步行5分钟就到，紧邻中岛公园，现在樱花盛开，出门就可拍美照！离狸小路等商业街也不太远。房间干净整洁，因楼层高视野也开阔，住得很舒心！唯一有点美中不足的就是卫生间洗脸台的龙头太短，水容易溅出，但整体感觉还是很不错，给予五星好评！

Ken’s place was everything we hoped for. It is perfectly located with easy train access and the main nightlife within walking distance, while still maintaining a peaceful feeling. The apartment is exactly as pictured, and was very cozy with breathtaking views. We are so grateful to have been able to stay here !

The host is nice. She stay on the same tower and hence she passes the key to us by hand. Suggestion is that it should have Netflix or YouTube channel as all the rest of the TV programs are in Japanese. Foreigners can’t enjoy. For those coming, just be aware that it’s quite noisy as the floor is high and high wind creates noise.

Great place, very spacious and clean. Within walking distance to shopping street and eateries. Heater was working perfectly, which was a life saver. :)
