Perfect for couples and opposite the beach, this architecturally designed space allows you to bask in the un-hurriedness of life, enjoy long summer days and warm winter fireside snuggle-ups, all to the sounds of Bass Straight. The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

Allawah Red Hill

Allawah Cottage is perfectly situated in the heart of beautiful Red Hill, offering both peaceful seclusion and convenient access to the very best of the Mornington Peninsula. Just a short stroll, you’ll find local favourites like Nordie Cafe. Inside, Allawah Cottage immediately welcomes you with its calm, elegant, and relaxed décor. Every detail, from the soft linen and natural textures to the quiet, restful palette, has been thoughtfully chosen to create a space where you can truly unwind.

Water views on the beach

This beautifully appointed modern, bright and spacious 2 bedroom home is located on the beachfront at Ventnor, Phillip island, with uninterrupted water views. The residence is fully self contained, private with a separate entrance from the attached main house. It has its own courtyard at the back and abundant grass area at the front leading to the beautiful beach. Single level, very spacious, fully heated & air conditioned. No groups over 6/parties/schoolies. Manager next door 24 hrs.

Mimosa, Somers

The perfect mid century beach house and separate bungalow directly behind the Somers Yacht Club and across the road to one of the best swimming beaches on the Peninsula. An easy stroll through the bush or along the beach to the General Store for one of the best breakfasts on the Peninsula! Relax on the lawn under the huge Eucalypt or snuggle up by the fire. Ideal for families, friends, or anyone who simply needs a little extra space to breathe. Book it before someone else does!

Somers Dunescape across from the beach

Retro Beach house across the road and over the sand dunes to the beach. Recently updated with new furniture, aircon and heating throughout. A roaring open fire place for you to enjoy during winter and electric blankets on every bed except top bunks! A great place to stay for graduating HMAS families. Maximum of 8 adults please (and up to 4 children) Please note, a bond of $500 will be collected prior to check-in. Your bond will be returned subject to adhering to house rules.

Mornington Peninsula Getaway-Somers Beach House

Rated as one of the best suburbs of Mon Pen, peaceful Somers is a great base to explore the sights of MP. Walk down to the quiet & dog friendly beach (8 minute walk), grab a delicious breakfast & coffee at the Somers General, dine in style at Tulum village in Balnarring, and return to a cosy, well appointed and pet friendly 3 bedroom house to rest & recharge! MP is buzzing all year with amazing wineries, restaurants, markets & activities like cherry and strawberry picking.

This modern house is the perfect family getaway destination for your trip to the island. Located in a safe, quiet street away from the buzz but with everything at door step. Sleeping a maximum of 7 guest , it's features includes 3 fully furnished bedrooms and an open plan kitchen, dining & living area which open onto a sun-filled deck for outdoor dining and relaxing. The cafe blinds ensure the deck can be enjoyed all year round as the kids play in the secure court yard.

Corvers Rest is a minimalist beach shack located on the clifftops overlooking Bass Strait. A place to rest and detach amongst wild natural surrounds. The shack provides the essence of an Australian beach shack with views across the ocean and hinterland. It trims back everything else. A string of ocean beaches nestled between coastal cliffs are within a short walk. Outdoor showers, fire pit and BBQ are all present.
