If you are looking for a little time out in a remote mountain village, this is the place to go. The house is lovely, clean and very quiet. The fenced garden was perfect for our dog to roam around and must be beautiful in spring and summer. Really nice hikes in the woods and the mountains.

We had a wonderful stay! Paula was an amazing host, super responsive. The location is outstanding! The hot tub was an amazing ad on. We would love to return in the future Highly recommend!

We rented the entire house for three nights to celebrate New Year’s 2025, and everything exceeded our expectations. Our host, Mr. Emil, was exceptional. He stayed on-site throughout our stay and was incredibly helpful. On our first day, he welcomed us with traditional treats like sarmale, salată de boeuf, țuică, and vișinată. He assisted with setting up the fire, cleaned up after us daily, and ensured we had everything we needed. Despite being present throughout our stay, he respected our privacy and allowed us complete freedom to enjoy ourselves without any interference. The house itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. It was an unforgettable trip, and we’re already looking forward to returning!

It’s a great place if you’re looking for peace and quiet. The house is as described, the yard is big and fenced, very useful if you have pets. The host is extremely responsive and friendly.

The place was spotless and easy to get to. We used to live in Lupeni when we were kids, so for us it was like a walk down memory lane. We remembered all the spots we used to hang out as kids, and also got to visit Straja and enjoy the beautiful nature there.

Totul ca in descriere, desi personal mi s-a parut mai frumos ca in fotografii. Se pot face drumetii in zona sau va puteti relaxa chiar pe proprietate. Daca va amintiti copilaria la sat, aici va reintoarceti in timp. La liniste, la conectare cu natura. Gazdele sunt cei mai calzi oameni pe care i-am cunoscut, care de fapt ma fac sa spun ca pana acum aceasta a fost cea mai buna experienta de pe platforma. Ei sunt dovada ca “omul sfinteste locul”. Ne pare rau ca am stat prea putin (3 nopti) si ne intoarcem cat de curand putem.
