Beautiful location, quiet neighborhood with a short stroll to a private beach. Absolutely lovely! Serene vacation locked! Bring your own everything; beach towels, shampoo, salt/pepper, etc.

Loved our stay at Seaside Villas! It was really nice to have the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths! Easy beach access and walkable to everything in Coligny. Super clean too. Many thanks!

We had a great few days away at Carolyn’s place. Her place was clean and comfortable and had a wonderful balcony to enjoy the ocean views. We really liked making breakfast to enjoy on the balcony. It was in a great location, easy to walk to the shops and restaurants at Coligny beach (about 15 minutes). The beach out front was beautiful and the pool was wonderful too! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Karen’s place was beautiful! The first Airbnb I have rented, and definitely set above and beyond expectations for all the others to come! Everything was so clean, Karen was very welcoming. There is plenty to do within several minutes of the house, can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

We always love our stay here. Great place for a small family and we love and fenced in yard for our dog. And Claudia is always quick to respond and makes sure your stay is great.

Perfect! 3 pools and right on the beach. Condo was lovely and convenient to restaurants. Great recommendations for coffee, dining, and activities. Clean and quiet. Host was very quick to answer questions. Would love to stay again! A+++

We had a fabulous time in Hilton Head at Seascape. Our hosts Jane and her sister Kathy were helpful and communicative from start to finish. The place was perfect for a relaxing vacation. The condo is surrounded by trees, ponds, and pretty wooden bridges. Wildlife abounds. Seascape lends itself to a peaceful place to unwind after a day of golfing or exploring the town! Since the beach is so close, we enjoyed morning walks there. There are restaurants a short walking distance away. The house had everything we needed, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-situated, quiet condo in Hilton Head with all the necessary amenities...a few minutes walk from the beach and a 15-20 minute drive to numerous different golf courses. We visited Linda and Jay's in November 2024 and had a very special week in this house. With young children, the proximity to the beach and ease of access was a huge difference maker. My wife and I went down the beach several nights after the kids were in bed and star gazed knowing we could be back in the house in under 30 seconds if needed. The home itself was very well appointed for working remotely. See above proximity to beach making it easy to pop out for 30 min or an hour easily if you need to do this. I would also say this house would be perfect for multi family or large family gatherings. We used the bedrooms and full baths as assets to make it easier to care for 2 under 2, but given each bedroom has its own full bath, you could have everyone together while still not needing to share those private spaces. Highly recommended!!

This home was lovely and perfect for our family of five. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is a very quick bike ride or walk to a beautiful and uncrowded beach. The beds were all very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our family to spread out. The kitchen was spacious, well-stocked and great for preparing meals. We loved our time here and hope to return one day soon.

Enjoyed our stay. Liked the downstairs entrance that houses beach items. Mornings and evenings were nice to sit outside in the screened in porch or at the outdoor table. Short walk to the beach. Had kitchen items that one would need for simple meals, also had crock pot and blender. Beach towels were there if needed. During our stay there was someone staying in the attached apartment but we did not hear them.

We have been coming to HH for years and this is our new favorite place. Marina has thought of literally everything for her house. She has more towels, pillows, linens, and kitchen supplies than any other place we've stayed. And don't worry about packing up anything for the beach, she has all the beach gear and awesome wagon for easy transport as well. The house was spotless and our dogs loved the fenced in backyard area. I appreciated that the coffee maker was both a dual carafe and single K-cup style machine. It's an easy walk to the beach and there is plenty of entertainment to be had in the house as well. Again, I cannot stress enough how well stocked the place is. We are used to always having to bring extra towels and cooking supplies with us, but it's not the case for this lovely home. We plan on returning here for many years to come, thank you Marina again for sharing your perfect home with us!!

We had a fantastic stay with our family and friends. It’s a really well appointed house, super clean, spacious bedrooms and a great garage that makes coming in from the beach easy. And the kids loved the warm pool. The local beach was beautiful and we had a great time biking all the paths.

We loved the home it was lovely. In my opinion the distance to the beach was an inconvenience. It’s a good walk for families with little kids or older retired adults. The golf cart was not accessible on one of the days and we didn’t get any communication about the situation until we were already at the beach. Driving was an option but even then the distance was long for my parents who are 80+. We still made memories and had a good time. The house was beautiful and very clean. Big enough for everyone to have their own space. My grandchildren loved the bunk beds 3-4 years of age. The hostess was wonderful. She was willing to help if needed.

Michael’s home surpassed our expectations. Beautiful spacious kitchen to fit our family. Everyone was happy with their sleeping arrangements. Screened in heated pool was very nice. We made use of the outside barbecue and hot tub. There were games on the main level and a game room and work out bench on top floor. There was something for all ages. The beach was in walking distance and everything we needed for the beach was there. We used the beach chairs and umbrellas and the 2 wagon’s for the grandkids. Our family came to Hilton Head from 4 different states and we had the best vacation ever! We hope to come back again. Thank you Michael!

Our multi-generational family group had a wonderful stay here. The home had everything we needed, beds were comfy, kitchen and baths were well stocked. The walk to the beach was very easy and the ability to drive and park at other nearby beach entrances was great for a change of pace. Communication between Kristin and partners was excellent. They responded quickly to any questions and were very helpful in offering advice when we had questions about the area. We would definitely stay there again!

Loved this place, beautiful view, very clean and tidy, everything looked exactly as pictured, smart tv, WiFi, beach access, close to all the shopping and restaurants, owner even recommended his favorites to us before arriving, would definitely love to come back and stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Steve and Jenna’s. Perfect for a family, easy access (walkable) to the beach. The location was great, the resort full of charm. We were very close to a tennis court, and the pool was easy to locate. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable, and being in a top floor end unit meant less noise from neighbors. The complex was well-maintained and the staff was really friendly. This area is away from the crowds near Coligny, but not far from all the island has to offer. Colin was great about communicating and always responded quickly to messages.

My Husband and I loved this gem of a place. The location is perfect. Beautiful views of the ocean from the 3rd floor. The condo was very clean. The bed and linens were comfortable. Craig was kind and responsive. This place surpassed our expectations and we truly had a wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Kacie’s. It was a great place to be for a few days…close to the beach, safe, quiet, and clean. Kacie was extremely responsive, and we appreciated the ease of check in/out, using WiFi, and viewing her recommendations! Would stay there again!

Absolutely PRISTINE and extremely comfortable! Little thoughtful touches included an amazing gift bag and a detailed, thorough welcome binder chock full of helpful local suggestions and lodging/complex details. Quite obvious that the hosts truly care about providing an enjoyable experience to their guests! We would stay here again if we have the good fortune to visit beautiful Hilton Head Island again!

We had a great stay! The only downfalls were the floors could’ve been cleaner, there was only 1 beach chair and the listing had 5 beds, there were only 4. I planned to take 4 teens(who don’t like sleeping together), but we had someone back out, so it worked out(maybe just update pics). This was a main selling point for me initially though. Positives include the privacy, great walkway to the beach, the restaurant on the beach was great, location was perfect, the linens/beds were clean/comfy, and the indoor activities were convenient. As an improvement, maybe explain how/where to get into the buildings because the upper levels are not connected to the middle activity area inside. I liked being able to give my teens some freedom to hang out by the indoor pool/hot tub alone without worrying about them being out & about alone. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive and polite, the rates were good, would recommend!
