Welcome to our off-the-grid "Glamp Camp" at Sweetwater Farm! Tucked away on the back of our 40 acre farm, this one-room cabin sleeps 2 people comfortably. Outside you'll find a private fire pit & charcoal grill, a shared outdoor kitchen pavilion w/ gas grill (stocked with cooking supplies) & an outdoor bathroom w/ a real flushing toilet, sink and outdoor shower. Access the Tooky River (great for swimming, kayaking and fishing) just steps away & enjoy plenty of space, privacy & beautiful scenery!

This beautiful, well-appointed historic 7,000 sf farmhouse is ideal for your family gathering, reunion or birthday or bachelor party. It offers 8 bedrooms, 18 beds & 5 full baths and features a unique, large common space incorporating an open Kitchen with Dining Area, Sunroom, Great Room, and Card Room. A huge Game Room (w/ sauna) can also hold a large group. Outside there is a pool, large hot tub, horses & chickens, ponds and canoes, and huge barn w/ 3-D hay maze, axe throwing, hay jump & more!

Excellent restaurants and cultural events close by. 10 miles to MHT airport. Hiking from the farm. Massabesic Lake is very close in our beautiful town of Auburn. Gorgeous trails for Mtn biking, hiking, xc skiing. Bird watching at Audubon Society a few miles away. Bring horse and hound! Additional charges apply.

Couch unfolds into a double bed, and dining table turns into a twin bed. Feel free to walk about the 36 acre property that abuts the Contoocook River and relax in the double hammock. End the night with a campfire and enjoy unobstructed views of the stars. Separate entrance to indoor private bathroom/shower.

Relax with the View at the Farm at Woodbury Hill

Consider relaxing in our spacious upstairs apartment with a spectacular view of Mt. Monadnock. An open floor plan features a queen size bed and futon. A fully equipped kitchen will be stocked with 6 fresh farm eggs to enjoy as you like. Brew your own coffee or tea. All the needed linens and bathroom towels are supplied. Highspeed WiFi and Roku TV is available. You are welcome to walk the farm and enjoy the chickens or gardens. Or simply relax on your own private outside deck.

Comfy Quarters Suite 1

Suite sleeps 2-4. Décor has a cozy, warm feeling. It's bright but there are dimmers in the bedroom and living room. Comfy quarters is an open concept. The kitchenette flows into the living room which flows into the bedroom. Its has a private 3\4 bathroom. We are between the towns of Jaffrey and Peterborough. Beautiful view of Mt. Monadnock. Very private acres. We love to meet and greet our guest interact, but will respect their privacy. There is hiking, shopping and great dining.

Our 1840’s renovated grist mill is located in the beautiful Monadnock Region. The house is situated on twelve acres and includes gardens, an orchard, berry bushes, grape vines, beehives, a dog, and a tremendous waterfall. We are close to many of nature’s gems including Mount Monadnock, Pack Monadnock, the Heald Tract hiking trails, skiing, snowshoeing and swimming. Also the acclaimed MacDowell Arts Center, Andy’s Summer Playhouse, Andres Institute of Art and the Waldorf Schools.
