Note: the TV is an Apple TV to be used with your subscriptions. The studio is the entire bottom floor of a 3 story house. It has its own separate access through the garden and is completely private from the rest of the house. A bathroom, kitchenette, dining/study area are included within your studio space. Laundry and Apple TV available upon request. Garden space and access is shared. Enjoy the deck and outdoor dining and lounging facilities as well as a gorgeous sunset view of LA. The entire bottom floor of the house is yours. Garden access is shared, as are the laundry machines in the main house. We are available at all times by phone, text or email. Bordering the neighborhoods of Eagle Rock and Highland Park, the area has an understated charm and offers an array of vibrant restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Old Town Pasadena, a retail hub with charming eateries, is a short drive away. It is a 0.4 mile distance to the nearest bus stop on La Loma and Figueroa. (about a 10 minute walk from the apartment) The 81 Bus can take you to the Gold Line Metro in Highland Park in less than 15 min. The Gold Line runs between Pasadena and Downtown, where you can transfer to other trains. Please let us know if you would like an Apple TV set up for your arrival or at any point during your stay.

The Craftsman Highland Park Creative Stay.

Stay in my ADU, a historic house with a modern interior. It is a private one-bedroom space with a separate entrance. There is also a horizontal queen-sized Murphy bed in the back of the main room with a privacy curtain for extra guests. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and separate fast wifi. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. 15 minutes from downtown, easy parking, walking distance from great food and coffee, epic views! Our space was made for a single guest that needs some space to relax or as a romantic and stylish get away for couples to enjoy. Just a quick heads up. Our house sits at the top of a pretty steep hill which gives you amazing views. Just be mindful if you’re uncomfortable parking or walking on a hill.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

Come stay in the downstairs unit of a historic 1920s California Style Bungalow. 7 min away from the the heart of Highland Park surrounded by restaurants, live music and LA's oldest bowling alley. There is a SEPARATE ENTRANCE and a beautiful back patio overlooking the garden. Extremely quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac for privacy and escaping the business of the city.
