Yeni ev sahibi 2003'te restorasyona baslar. 2004'te aslina uygun sekilde yenilenen bu evde cicekler icinde yeni bir yasam baslar. Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Mosque & Hippodrome, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Little Hagia Sophia, Mosaic Museum, Carpet museum, Arasta Bazaar and many other historical sites are all in the walking distance.
