This perfect rustic setting is conveniently close to shopping and major highways (US 30 and Interstate 83). Come to disconnect and enjoy the wildlife, or just for a quick lay-over in a quiet space.

The house has a fenced backyard, a well equipped kitchen, fast wifi, and smart TVs in every bedroom. You can enjoy meals in the back porch or walk downtown Marietta and enjoy dinner. Pack and play and highchair are always onsite. Laundry facilities are provided. Within walking distance to shopping, dining, and the Riverfront Trail.

1700’s historic waterfront cottage

Be a part of history while staying on this waterfront property of the Ironmaster's Mansion. The two-story stone guesthouse, steps away from the mansion, was built in the year 1715. The timeless character of the home, paired with the peaceful property creates an escape that feels like you've gone back in time, all while being only 20 minutes outside of Lancaster City. The mansion was home to the first treasurer of the US, General Edward Hand’s daughter, and President Buchanan’s fiance.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The entire home has been newly renovated with thoughtful touches and an eclectic feel. Conveniences include a wood stove, sleep number mattress, Viking gas stovetop/oven, deck facing river with propane grill, a covered carport entry, and a 180* river view at the top of the property! We are very excited to welcome guests and hope to provide a memorable experience for all. Well behaved dogs welcome upon request. Wood stove $25/night.
