Vor Ort bei uns müssen Sie ab 01.01.2025 eine Übernachtungsabgabe bar an uns entrichten. Sie besteht aus 5% des Buchungspreises. Dieser Betrag muss von uns 1:1 an die Gemeindes Simmerath weitergegeben werden!

Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

Das Ferienhaus liegt unterhalb der Burg Hengebach direkt am Kurpark in der Altstadt von Heimbach (in einer Spielstraße). Das grundsanierte Fachwerkhaus aus dem Jahre 1901 steht auf Fels und meterdicken Natursteinmauern, die sicher sehr viel älter sind. Heimbach ist ein kleiner, gemütlicher Luftkurort im Nationalpark Eifel mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants. Hier gibt es zahllose Wander- und Radfahrwege und der große Rursee mit vielen Wassersportmöglichkeiten ist gleich um die Ecke.
