Great space and location. Brad and Sarah were easy to communicate with. It's like staying in a hotel.

The room matches the pictures. Not spectacular, but 100% worth the price. Nicole was very responsive with any questions we had and was a great host. The building the unit is located in does feel a bit run down, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Also worth noting the washer & dryer described in the listing is located in a shared laundry room within the complex.

This place was perfect for me and my sister for a long weekend trip. We felt safe and it was an easy commute to all the places we wanted to see. The place was cozy and clean. Would highly recommend.

Amazing stay! I would recommend and would definitely stay again. Beautiful location which is right next to ladybird lake and easy to walk to downtown. I personally loved the balcony as it has a great view and lots of wildlife to look at. It’s a great walking spot. It also has a pool area which we loved. I don’t have any negative things to say at all. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions on where is best to park and even let us check in one hour early! Thankyou 😌

Highly recommend staying at Kay's place. The only downside was the street noise was a bit loud for the bedroom facing the road.

Had a weekend stay with my friends and the pictures do NOT give this home enough credit! It is BEAUTIFUL!!!!! They had the house very clean and very well set up, there are Tvs in every room, good AC, wifi, washer/dryer and plenty of beds and rooms. We ate outside in the shed and later sat by the campfire! We even saw deers by the front stairs and fed them fruits! Definitely will be coming back for sure❤️ Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home🥰

Everything about the house and host was fantastic. COMMUNICATION- Teri was always quick to respond to questions and made sure we knew the neighborhood rules with regard to parking. LOCATION- A short walk to South Congress which means a short walk to great places to eat and see music- it's also close (maybe 6 to 10 blocks?) to a very large grocery store. HOUSE- Fantastic, comfortable, clean. The little back porch area was great, living room was super nice and comfortable, kitchen had plenty of everything....and 2 very comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms means 2 couples have plenty of space. I would stay again in a second and would recommend this place to anyone....We loved it!

This was a great place to stay. Plenty of room for our family of five (Mom, Dad and three adult children). Convenient short commute to downtown Austin. Host was a great communicator and helpful when questions were asked.

My friends and I had a great time in Austin, and Jessica’s place had so much to do with that. The neighborhood was great and very walkable, and a short drive away from the best of what Austin has to offer. Thanks for making our trip memorable!

Good location and easy access to downtown. Condo was clean and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after being out. The amenities were as described and the instructions on the secure entrances was clear. Didn't need to contact hosts as everything was spelled out!

Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The condo was beautiful, spacious and the amenities were great! Having a doorman to facilitate the checkin made the whole process feel just like a hotel. Really excellent BnB. No complaints.

The condo was great. Valet and front desk staff were friendly, the building is beautiful, and the bar/coffee shop in the lobby was so nice to have. The pool is small and was very busy but was clean and had nice lounge chairs and cabanas. The condo was clean, comfy, and decorated nicely. The only negative was the lack of lighting, especially when you’ve got four girls trying to do make-up, but the host was receptive to my suggestion for adding a lamp. Their communication was excellent.

This was our 3rd time staying here and it feels like our home away from home. It's a great location in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable. Hosts are extremely responsive and flexible. We will be back again I'm sure.

Jessica was a great host! She communicates clearly and is accommodating. The place was clean, the location is nearby a lot of great food spots, and the area is safe. I really appreciate how we had a late checkout and Jessica was very understanding. Would gladly come back!

We needed a place close to campus for a long weekend. This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, enough hot water, quiet. It’s a third floor unit (walk up) on the alley side. No long list of checkout instructions. Very plug and play. We would absolutely stay there again.
