Billy and Trish were great hosts! The area is perfect if you’re needing to stay close to campus and downtown Austin isn’t far either. There’s a few cute restaurants and breakfast places within walking distance as well if you’re in the need to do some exploring. 10/10 would stay with them again. Thanks guys!

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. The location is ideal, conventionally close to downtown and the highway which made it easy to get everywhere. The place was spotless. The big, comfy couch and the backyard were a standout. We slept so wonderfully the comfortable bed! You can tell Gina put real care into making this place feel like home. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful! Jayson was an exquisite host! A great place to stay! In a very peaceful community on the outskirts of New Braunfels, but close to activities, stores and restaurants. The house was impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need! The yard was huge would be wonderful for families with young children. There was a very nice patio with a grill for outdoor cooking. It would be a great place to stay for a trip to Schlitterbahn. There was even some old school video games, very fun. USB ports located conveniently throughout the whole house. There was no searching for an outlet to charge our devices. It was very nice. The house had all the modern conveniences. It did not lack a thing. We would recommend staying there 100%. Everything was extremely clean and organized. Would definitely like to stay there again!

Had a weekend stay with my friends and the pictures do NOT give this home enough credit! It is BEAUTIFUL!!!!! They had the house very clean and very well set up, there are Tvs in every room, good AC, wifi, washer/dryer and plenty of beds and rooms. We ate outside in the shed and later sat by the campfire! We even saw deers by the front stairs and fed them fruits! Definitely will be coming back for sure❤️ Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home🥰

Our daughter got married at the Preserve Canyon Lake, our Air BnB was a great location for our event. We hosted our family and out of town guest and it was perfect!

My family loved the casita. It was squeaky clean and well maintained, elegantly designed. The hot tub/pool was a major hit with the kids and the privacy screen was a thoughtful touch. The hosts were all very friendly, even their dog. Would highly recommend staying here!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Josh & Amiee’s Airbnb! The space was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. The location was perfect—close drive to great restaurants, breweries, and wineries. Such a cute place in a great location! It had all the amenities and it was walkable. I was able to work remotely during the week as the space was peaceful and had great WiFi. Tom was a great host! A nice little touch was that we could leave our suitcases in the entryway after checkout and come back for them later in the day. Definitely would stay here again!

Stayed here to go to MotoGP races at COTA and it was perfect. Easy to get to all highways and close to downtown as well. Had bars and restaurants that were walkable for us each night. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and this was a perfect location for us! We mostly took Ubers around but did walk from S. Congress once and the walk was not bad at all. Very private and quiet neighborhood. Our code didn't work right away, but the host responded quickly and got us in (and even allowed us to check in a little early!). Great place to stay, would stay here again if we come back to Austin!

We had a fantastic stay, with everything we needed. It was also very convenient to get to the South by Southwest venues, only about a 15-minute taxi ride away. There are also many great craft breweries nearby where you can grab a drink and relax, or you can buy food and cook back at the accommodation. It's also very close to Walmart. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Our stay at Rachel’s was perfect, very nice spacious home that is within a couple miles walk of lots of amazing restaurants and activities. I would highly recommend

The view was fantastic, watching the lights come up in the city at night. Easy check-in, secure building, comfortable beds. We didn't cook since we only had a short stay. Preferred to sample the local cuisine. Steps away from the walking trail along Lady Bird Lake, a shady oasis amid the crazy amount of construction as Austin continues to grow. Plenty of street parking with the Park ATX app. Read posted signs carefully to understand which days/hrs are free in your zone. An enjoyable experience - would book again.

Marilyn was an amazing host! The place was perfect for a weekend getaway and I enjoyed the hospitality. She asked about what kind of fresh fruit I liked and had it in the fridge for me upon arrival! The studio is tucked away in a cute and quiet neighborhood that’s close enough to everything Austin has to offer but just outside of all the hustle and bustle and noise of downtown. I also really appreciated the flexibility in check in/out times! Would love to stay again in the future☺️

Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The condo was beautiful, spacious and the amenities were great! Having a doorman to facilitate the checkin made the whole process feel just like a hotel. Really excellent BnB. No complaints.

I enjoyed staying at Natiivo, the people were great and the cafe /bar was convenient. The location is great if you don’t wanna drive. A lot of great restaurants that are walkable. I had a great time on Rainey St and felt safe. We used valet and it always went smoothly. The bed was comfortable with nice linen. The host was quick when we needed more toiletries and recommended places on where to go. I would recommend family & friends.

The condo was great. Valet and front desk staff were friendly, the building is beautiful, and the bar/coffee shop in the lobby was so nice to have. The pool is small and was very busy but was clean and had nice lounge chairs and cabanas. The condo was clean, comfy, and decorated nicely. The only negative was the lack of lighting, especially when you’ve got four girls trying to do make-up, but the host was receptive to my suggestion for adding a lamp. Their communication was excellent.

We had a lovely week staying at this apartment. The apartment had all the facilities that we needed and it was far better than staying in a hotel. The Rainey street area had plenty of bars and restaurants and it was close to Lady Bird lake and some lovely walks. if we come back to Austin, this will definitely be our first choice stay.

We needed a place close to campus for a long weekend. This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, enough hot water, quiet. It’s a third floor unit (walk up) on the alley side. No long list of checkout instructions. Very plug and play. We would absolutely stay there again.

Our stay was wonderful. The couch was comfortable and great for a nap. The view was amazing but wow watching the traffic outside made you want to stay in or walk. Rainey street was great for drinking but not enough food options. The bed was comfortable and the place was stocked with everything we needed.

Austin's place was awesome!! Exactly as expected. And he had some great recommendations for restaurants and experiences that definitely enhanced our trip. Would stay there again!!
