Toaster, microwave, mini fridge and keurig style coffee maker included in the kitchenette (NO SINK) (pods not included) Amazon prime, wifi and board games. Occupants upstairs include a hypo-allergenic dog who may bark when he first hears you enter the separate entrance. But will quiet right down after saying hi from behind the door.

Please note that a full flight of stairs must be climbed to access this unit once inside the door.
