Michael and Margaret are great hosts. We head up to their place every winter now for a little cottage country escape. They are super responsive and helpful. Their place is warm, cozy, and has a great hot tub under the stars (and under the snow if you’re lucky). We’ll be back again!

We enjoyed our stay! The rustic cabin feel was just what we were looking for. Would definitely recommend and we hope to be back. The host was very helpful and responsive.

I had the best time at Sarah's place. It was so relaxing and and peaceful, I really needed to get away from the city and work and just take some time to unwind and relax. The beach cabin was a delight to stay in, everything was decorated so well and the hot tub and sauna helped us to decompress! There is a bbq to cook on and everything inside is spotless and pristine. It's a great place to visit for a girls trip or to reconnect with your partner! I can't wait to go back.

Alionaska’s cabin was just what we needed. A secluded oasis’s in her back yard. Glamping at its best with rustic charm. We were the only guests and that made the hot tub very inviting. Next time we will take advantage of the fire pit and comfy seats outside. We were warm and cozy inside with the electric fireplace providing warmth and atmosphere. A short walk to an Irish pub (the Snug ) ended with a good meal and ambiance with live music! Thanks for a great stay!

Cabin Bjorn was everything we expected - and more! Set on a beautiful property surrounded by tall trees and the Irondale River, it truly is a slice of paradise. We were so fortunate to spend four days here, relaxing and unwinding. Cassidy’s a fantastic host and we hope to be back this summer!

Wanda’s cozy little cabin was the perfect spot for a relaxing winter getaway! Her place exceeded the photos, as soon as we walked in Wanda already had the wood stove fireplace going so that the place was warm and cozy when we arrived. She was extremely pleasant and responsive when we had questions and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave! Would definetley recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

Beautiful and private cabin on a large and beautiful property. Very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. Would definitely love to return!

We chose to cancel our trip to South Carolina due to the current USA administration's policies. We opted instead for an Ontario staycation and Highpoint Hideaway checked all of our boxes. It is so cozy and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed the wood stove, the hot tub, the ambience and the natural setting. We went for some lovely walks and made all of our meals in the well stocked kitchen. It was important to us to have our dog, and the cottage was a perfect spot for him. I highly recommend Highpoint Hideaway!

Laura and Dale's Cottage was such a cozy, sunny, beautiful place nestled in a wooded lot right on the water front. We spent a week there in October and loved the wood fireplace and warmth that the cottage brought. The kitchen was charming with lots of well placed windows. Everything you needed for cooking was available. The board games were nostalgic and fun to play. The bed and bedding was so comfy and perfect for reading in the mornings. The view from the bedroom window was otherworldly especially the full moon coming across the water and the Autumn leaves were spectacularly gorgeous! We cant say enough about this place. We highly recommend it and we hope to return again.

Mike & Rosa offer a serene place in the middle of nature with beautiful views and luxurious amenities in and around the cabin. We have had the pleasure of staying here for two nights and we loved every second of it. Mike and Rosa were very responsive and offered great advice on what to do in the area and we're even able to accommodate any special wishes. Canoeing on the Semi-private lake was great fun and lighting a camp fire in the evenings just completed the experience. We loved it here and are already looking forward to visiting again at some point in the future.

Great place for a quite peaceful getaway. The hosts took great care of us. The cabin had everything we needed for our duration of the stay. Ansolutely loved our stay. Points for bbq facilities prividing us as much firewood as we wanted keeping us warm and cozy the host’s attention to detail with regards to meeting customer’s needs. spotless, clean showerroom

Our stay was amazing! We went in the beginning of October and there was hardly anyone there. The environment was absolutely stunning, the fall rhapsody was in full effect. There also was a tone of stuff to do, like a dog park, hiking, canoeing, badminton, etc. the cabin itself was small but very cozy. Just remember to bring warm clothes and bedding if you go in the fall because there is just a small heater. We were very comfortable though. Thanks for such a lovely stay!

From the private location, the acres of cedar trees and secret pathways to the wetlands and the singing frogs, baby goats and their gentle mama’s, the kindness radiating from Humble Ranch is tangible. The owners welcomed me by moving long and deep into presence clipping the goats feet 😅 donkey, horse and the strange and wonderful alpacas were nothing but gracious hosts as well. Loving it all. The cabin was complete and comfy. TV was a bonus! What a wonderful weekend! Gracias amigas 🥳

Great winter getaway. The cottage was cute, cozy and clean! The description of the cottage doesn’t do it justice as there are four nice bedrooms (the fourth one is just tough to see in the pictures) and although the water isn’t potable, there were jugs already there for us upon arrival. Only thing missing was a coffee maker, but otherwise wonderful stay!

Jeff and Jen were amazing hosts! Try friendly, super helpful! The cottage was absolutely perfect. Just what we needed for a peaceful weekend with friends away from the city. It is right in the water and my golden retriever was super happy about that. The beds and furniture were clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and the one thing we couldn’t find (just coffee filters) were provided to us right away. Had a cozy fire the last night and made the perfect s’mores. I will definitely be booking this again, for a longer period and when it’s warm enough for me to go swimming with my dog! Thank you for being the perfect hosts!

Really nice place and very friendly host. It’s a beautiful spot for friends, couples or family with kids. A nice escape from the city for a weekend.

The cabin is in a wonderful secluded part of the woods. The stream running nearby is the cherry in top for serenity and ultimate peace. John and Steohanie were super friendly and helpful in getting me the fireplace started as it was still quite chilly some days and nights. The cabin is very cozy, comes with all necessary amenities. I definitely packed extra but there were utensils, pots and pans, propane stove top, bbq, a propane fridge and cozy comforters and linen on the beds. They even had coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and kettle for hot water. They have definitely thought it out well. The outhouse was also clean and well maintained. Visit from Nugget was also a great surprise and nice to have moments of some company in the wilderness. I had saved some burger for Nugget but sadly, didn't see her again. Oh well. Def would visit again! Next time would love to meet Nova! :)

Ali's place was a great get away for couples! Very peaceful location, plenty to do at the cottage and nearby locations. Do keep in mind though there is no wifi and cell reception is weak, though they do provide a signal booster when needed. Highly recommended!

Krista she is very kind, responsive and proactively checked us to make sure everything is fine with out any problem. her place is very beautiful, has stunning river side view as well as warm and cozy nest that you can get relaxed and enjoy the beautiful nature. also , any amenities and needs that makes your stay more enjoyable, is available there! so do not worry! you absolutely enjoy staying there. we recommend to stay there at least 2 night! thank you krista for your warm hospitality!

This Romantic Cabin is a must to go visit , it is in spotless conditions and there is lots to do around , surrounded with beautiful forest view , inside you have everything you ever wanted staring from kitchen items and spices down to sunglasses , very well oriented and easy to use , nice bathtub with hot and cold water , we never ran out of power or water plenty to use. Beautiful fire pit with lots of wood to use, Peter is very helpful host and the best host out there , and will respond immediately if you needed help with anything. Instructions are straight forward. My girlfriend and I are really looking forward to coming back to this beautiful romantic cabin !!!! ITS A MUST TRY !!!!

My husband and I had a really lovely time here for my birthday. It was the perfect weekend getaway from the city; private, quiet, and surrounded by trees in beautiful Baysville. Our dogs loved being able to run around the property and go on daily walks to the lake. The cottage itself was cozy and charming and had all the modern comforts we could need. The bathroom was especially nice! Though it was a chilly/rainy weekend, we stayed warm by the fire, used the SmartTV to catch up on shows, and powered our way through a thousand piece puzzle! All in all very relaxing. The hosts were also friendly, responsive and flexible; we’d book again!

Had a wonderful stay, the cabin was absolutely perfect. Very cute, clean and well appointed. I will definitely be back. I strongly urge vacationers to try Honeys Diner, down the Rd, delicious breakfasts and the Woodview convenience store has all your last minute items that you may need, not to mention very yummy locally made cheesecake and butter tarts. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ -Linda 🙌

Dan’s place is by far one of our favourites! My family stayed here for 5 days to celebrate my birthday. It was exactly what we needed. Plenty of relaxation and surrounded with nature. The wood fire hot tub is the best. Plenty of space for our dog to run around outside as well. We love to cook so kitchen is perfect for us. It’s well equipped and my husband learned to make a latte. It was amazing! I would highly recommend it and we can’t wait to go back ♥️
