What an amazing house. The location was perfect, close to town yet very private. We hiked the Wave so it was an ideal spot. From the beautiful backdrop to the fabulous pool and hot tub, this house was better than I ever expected. David's team was terrific - always available and very responsive. They addressed any questions or small issues we had immediately. Looking forward to going back next year.

We loved staying here. The hot tub was amazing. The Traeger grill worked great (even though the last folks left grilled onions and other bits on it). And the beds were very comfortable! There were plenty of towels, lots of plates (but a better selection of drinking cups and bowls would've been great). Just a few things would help. More/better utensils--seemed that there was enough for at most 6 people, but the house can sleep at 12. The couch back was broken when we arrived. There is only 1 nightstand in the house for 2 double beds and the king. And it seemed like the house hadn't been swept on arrival either. For the value, a great place, though!

Absolutely amazing house. Jess and his team were very helpful in resolving any issues that arose. The house was well stocked and easily accommodated our large group. We loved it.

Wonderful spring break with friends! We enjoyed the space the home provided. Beds were comfy, the kitchen was a dream to cook in! Easy 5 minute drive to everything in Kanab. Would definitely book again for more adventures in Zion/Bryce Canyon National Parks!

Fabulous property!!! Our group consisted of 4 middle-age women who have traveled a lot and have stayed at many rental properties, and this was definitely one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. The house is beautiful, comfortable, immaculate, clutter-free yet well equipped with all the necessities. The bed, linens, & towels were wonderful, and the robes for lounging were a huge bonus. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting Springdale and Zion NP. Not only was the location great, but the views all the way around the house were amazing. The hosts were very helpful, informative, and responsive. We will definitely look at booking this house again if ever back in the area!

We volunteer at Best Friends every year. This is the first time in this house and we absolutely loved it. Will certainly return.

Mirror outlook was just the getaway we needed for the weekend, east Zion national park mixed with a great dual stay home with hot tub and grill.

Great for our family group of 3 couples, we all gad our own room & bathrooms. Nice big kitchen for cooking with lots of seasonings, Keuriqg & regular coffee pot and lots of extra coffee. Host was responsive but the gas fireplace does’t work nor does the frig water & ice. And there were no instructions for heat in the house…it was chilly at night but lots of extra blankies. April 19,2025. Beautiful house, excellent location a stones throw from Zion and no neighbors.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for what we were looking for. Plenty of spaces for everyone to sleep. The kitchen was big enough for multiple people to help cook. The house echos though, so some people would be ready for bed and other we be up talking and the kitchen, dining, living room area echoed throughout the house especially for the bedroom that was right there. Other than this one thing everything else was great.

Michael and Carlee are wonderful hosts and their place is a real gem! Just as pictured- and so clean! Towels and linens were new and the kitchen was well appointed (even a spice rack!) Beds are super comfy. This was a perfect place for our time exploring Zion and the area. Easy check in and clear communication made everything a breeze !Thank you - hope to be back one day!

The place was just like the description said. The host was friendly and super helpful whenever we had questions. We really appreciated their hospitality.

Nicole was an exceptional host. The house is beautiful and in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. A short drive to main street and a lot of decent places to eat and drink. The views from both the front and back patios are breathtaking. The front yard was a perfect area for our dogs, fenced in and lots of room for them to explore. Tons of room inside the house including large sized bedrooms and a huge walk-in laundry room. The kitchen was very well stocked with all kinds of cookware, utensils, tableware and ever a nice variety of spices. Nice gas grill on the back patio. Being able to park in the garage was a great and convenient benefit. We would definitely stay here again when back in Cedar City!

Great house for three couples. A separate bathroom for each bedroom was very nice. The beds were comfortable. The house was very clean. We had a wonderful stay in a cute home.

What a gem of a place! Not only am I a LOTR fan (the books especially), but I felt at home in the layout of the Prancing Pony. Between the spotless space, the kitchen where we easily made our meals, and the comfy couch and bed, I'm wishing I booked the whole week of our vacation there! We visited Zion, Kolob Canyon, & Kanarra Falls. Kolob and Kanarra were within 20 minutes from Tyra's, but Zion's main entrance was closer to an hour. We left her space to stay near Bryce Canyon, but that's only about 90 minutes away, so we could still have stayed there. Now I know! Don't miss out on staying here! It was perfect.

This was my second long term stay at the rustic little house, this time for about 6 weeks, so obviously I’m a huge fan. The house has everything you might need for a long term stay, including a full kitchen with gas stove and a washer/dryer. I teleworked during my stay, and the WiFi is plenty fast and very reliable. Location is within 1 to 2 hours driving distance to so many incredible national parks and state parks, and about 3 hours drive to Las Vegas international airport. Alan is a really great host, so helpful and friendly and easygoing. Wish I could give the Rustic Little House 10 stars!

Only stayed one night and it worked great, easy to find, clean and Michelle communicated well. Would stay again.

Steve and Deb were incredibly helpful and responsive. They were respectful of our “space” but right there if we needed anything. Their dog is the sweetest! The location is quiet with beautiful views. The drive to Zion was easy and scenic. The description of their place was exactly as it is. We had a fantastic time and thank Steve and Deb for sharing their space with us!

Wayne's cottage was like a home away from home for us. The kids ran straight to the trampoline and spent most of our downtime playing around on it. The views were gorgeous and we loved being able to explore and hike around. His recommendation for the local BBQ place was spot on! The location is perfect for enjoying the peace and quiet of nature but not too far away from grocery shopping and public attractions/event centers. it was the perfect place for us.

This home is/was a fabulous home for my large family. It was comfortable for all with no issues. There are so many bedrooms, bathrooms, two kitchens. We had the most enjoyable stay. It's close to town too! Lynette is the perfect host.

This house was perfect for our stay. The location was right near the Zion ultra start. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay on Lynn’s property. We especially appreciated the hot tub after a day full of hiking and travels. We each had our own bathroom. And the kitchen is so cute. The property’s location is close to the freeway. We highly recommend this Air bnb.

Overall, this is a really great place to stay if you are exploring Southern Utah and the Arizona Strip with a group. The neighborhood is quiet, and the house sits on a hill that gives you beautiful views of the area. There is ample parking, and the yard is mostly fenced, which was great to get the wiggles out of kids and the dog after a day of driving. The home is well cared for, and very clean. Tons of comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen suited for feeding a crowd! The living room and dining room are large enough that you can gather and enjoy each other without feeling cramped. The game area was awesome, but we were a little disappointed that not all the games were functional (alas, the family air hockey championship will have to wait). We visit the area several times a year, and look forward to staying here again.

We really enjoyed this house, it was lovely and equipped with everything you could think of. Just be prepared for the remote location. Overall a wonderful place!
