Jordan was a fabulous host his communication from start to finish was so friendly and prompt and the flat was exactly as described , beautifully presented and immaculate . The views over the Tyne are lovely and it is about a 30 minute walk along to the great bars and restaurants along the quayside so you are away from the bustle in a quiet residential area . We were there for the unforgettable Caraboa Cup celebrations and could easily walk up into town , one of my highlights was a run along the quayside seeing the iconic landmarks in the early morning . Thank you Jordan for the thoughtful goodies on arrival ! Highly recommend this stylish and comfortable property and we hope to make a return visit .

We had a lovely stay at Stephen&Bev's caravan. View from the room window is absolutely stunning and instantly puts a smile on a face. There is lots to do nearby. We've found plenty of sea glass at the beach. Hosts are lovely and very helpful! Caravan is modern, pristine clean, lots of plates, cups, pots. Everything is in great condition. We will definitely come back again!

David was the perfect host from start to finish. Excellent communication. Flat was a home from home and great value. Plenty of room to spread out. Peaceful neighbourhood and a lovely walk into town through a treelined walk. Darlington had great amenities too. I would definitely stay again without a doubt.

This was a lovely stay! The house was cozy and very clean, easy to find, clear instructions for everything, & had everything that we could have needed during our stay! The hosts were very responsive as well. We had a problem with the heater but they came and helped us out the next day directly! Thank you so much, we had an amazing stay :)

Always nice to stay here. With family in the area, an ideal quiet place. Not far from the town and beach - all walkable.

We would definitely recommend staying at Karl’s house. It was easy to find, easy to drive in and out of and had private parking behind a locked gate. We found the home very comfortable, clean and felt homey. Karl was very helpful and responsive to all our queries. It was great being able to wash and dry our clothes every day with the convenience of a clothes line as well as hoist.

Adham’s property was perfect for the one night we spent in Durham. Really easy to access the city, easy to find and great communication from Adham. Thank you - we’ll be back

Fantastic little stay, house was easy to find and instructions on everything was clear. Nice quiet area and the house was lovely, Jenny was a massive help and quick to reply.

Peaceful quiet location. Near train station. Clean . Generally well equipped, although a few bits of cutlery and crockery missing but nothing major. Comfortable beds, pillows not to my personal preference as very hard, but overall an excellent stay and I would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend.

Absolutely fantastic host, very responsive to our messages and was very flexible to accommodate our very late check in. Very understanding as we booked under difficult circumstances. Lovely spacious house and in immaculate condition.

Melanie’s place is fantastic. Such a brilliant location in Seaham for everything we wanted to do and what an amazing view of the sea out front! Everything we needed for our short stay was provided and Melanie’s instructions for accessing the building were clear and helpful. Great stay in Newcastle with friends, comfortable beds and accommodation had everything we needed for our group's stay. Rod was friendly and clear with instructions while the location was just a 10min Uber ride to the city centre

Lovely peaceful accommodation, your own private apartment is attached to the main house. A lovely peaceful street with your own small but nice garden area with patio doors leading out. A public footpath right outside, leading you out into the countryside. Really clean place, peaceful and tranquil stay!
