Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Keyless entry, Wi-Fi, and plenty of privacy. More affordable and spacious than 2 hotel rooms. We encourage you to compare our reviews to local hotels. "The Little House by the Woods" is on a ridge surrounded by trees. Across the road is Cheatham Wildlife Management Area with 20,000 acres of hill country with hiking, hunting and birdwatching. You'll have easy access to so many parks, recreation and all that Nashville (30 min. away) has to offer.

Connect with nature at this unforgettable escape in Nashville's backyard. This treehouse is nestled in a Tennessee hardwood forest in a hollow. Close to the city, but away from it all, it's a perfect place to retreat from normal life. This isn't a tree fort. It's a tiny house with a loft in the trees over a trickling spring fed creek. It's private with all windows facing the forest. All the fun of being a kid w/ comforts of home like toilet, ac, electric fireplace, heater & 3 season hot shower.

Luxury studio guest carriage house in Historic Downtown Franklin, a block and a half off Main St. High end finishes and professionally decorated. Perfect for couples or families with small children. Walk to a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shops, and all of the Franklin festivals including Pilgrimage. Downstairs has a sofa bed, kitchenette, bar eating area and TV. Upstairs is a queen bed, full bath, and TV. Kitchenette has sink, refrigerator/freezer. Private parking and entrance.

Whispering Waters Cabin by the Creek

Whispering Waters offers a quiet space to relax and enjoy your time spent away from home. It is a four room cabin adjacent to Caney Fork Creek, which feeds into the South Harpeth River in Fernvale. The cabin easily hosts four guests. The queen size bed is complimented by a sleeper sofa in the living room, which sleeps two as well. It's an intimate space located in a lovely setting. IF you are booking "same day" please give me a call so I can make any necessary last minute arrangements.

Poplar Hollow Barn

This home is located in the side of a rustic 1950's barn. Large kitchen-dining room, patio, and a screened porch are some of the best features. Acres of pasture to roam too! Fire pit, wood and charcoal grill. Check in 3-8pm-no late check in. No pets, parties, get togethers involving non-guests/event photos. MNSTR Permit # 500803. We are not permitted to rent to locals. This is a pet-free home and ESAs don't fall into Airbnb's service animal policy or the ADA's policy in this rental.

Listen to the rushing water and the bamboo whispering in the breeze, take in a sunset, or wade in the creek below. We hope you’ll enjoy this unique covered bridge conversion, expanding from bank to bank with a 50-foot front deck. Breakfast provided the first day includes fresh fruit, a half dozen eggs, and muffins, coffee and tea.

This beautifully designed and luxurious treehouse sits on a ridge overlooking our creek. With only a 25min drive to downtown Nashville, you are tucked away amidst the towering hardwoods-away from the city noise. With careful attention to detail, the treehouse decor and design is meticulously curated to create an atmosphere of rest and beauty. This space is ideal for a couple, but can sleep four (twin beds in the loft). Parties are not permitted on the premises.

Located 1.5 mi from The Natchez Trace and 4 mi from Leiper’s Fork Village.

Forest Gully Farms

Know before you book! Unique, Nature immersion stay. Rural location near Nashville, TN. Private gated driveway separate from owner’s driveway. Forest stay in underground cedar Gully huts where you walk between structures and separate bathhouse. You won't run into anyone, this is a secluded getaway. Collect eggs, pick berries or hang out by the fire pit, hike to the creek and waterfalls, but don’t forget to pack bug spray and a sense of adventure!
