Dog-friendly garden cottage near Broads & beaches

West Cottage is on a quiet village street in Lessingham, less than two miles from Norfolk's coast and five miles from the Broads. With off-street parking, a large garden, and views from both bedrooms to Happisburgh lighthouse, it's an idyllic spot for a tranquil holiday. Downstairs, a cosy sitting room with fireplace and dining area leads to a well-equipped kitchen, beyond which is a bathroom with over-bath shower. Upstairs, the large master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the smaller a 4ft bed.

Luxury Caravan based in sunny Happisburgh, 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms with everything you need for an enjoyable stay .Great outside decking and enclosed garden With a a fully fitted kitchen, includes, washing machine, dishwasher and Nespresso Coffee machine for your morning coffee. With king size bed in the main bedroom , ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe and TV, it's just like being in a hotel ! The 2nd bedroom has two single ( small beds) and access to the main bathroom with shower.

Located on the North Norfolk Coast, Happisburgh is perfect for heading away from hectic life. The beach is only a 10-15 minute walk from the caravan. 2 bedroomed caravan (1 double, 1 twin/double) 1 double sofabed in the living area Well equipped with gas fire, portable electric heaters, shower, WC, fridge, cooker, microwave, TV, DVD, crockery, cutlery. No WiFi. Connected to mains water, sewerage, electricity and piped Calor gas Duvets/pillows are provided. Guests to provide bed linen/towels.

Grade II listed Stable conversion in Happisburgh

The Horse Barn is a converted farm stable in the grounds of the owners grade II listed farm house; Holly Farm. The barn is situated on the North Norfolk coast, in the coastal village of Happisburgh, surrounded by open farm land. The barn has vaulted ceilings and exposed beams throughout. The main living area is open plan with a well equipped kitchen and a sofa bed for additional guests. The master bedroom has a double bed wardrobe & chest of drawers. One parking space unless agreed prior.

A recently refurbished cosy family hideaway with own kitchen and living area. 3 comfortable bedrooms available, one with an en-suite shower room, and a family bathroom and shower. This comfortable cottage is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children and 2 well behaved dogs.. There is a private garden terrace with a BBQ. The beach is a 15 minute walk away and the beautiful Norfolk Broads are close by. A welcome breakfast basket included in the price. Two local pubs are within a 5 min drive.

Situated in the picturesque village of Happisburgh, this beautiful 16th century barn conversion is 10 minutes walk from the local shop and pub, and a 15 minute walk to the sandy beach - perfect for long walks (the beach is dog friendly all year round), lazy days and swimming. It has open plan living, with a good sized kitchen, log burner and leather sofa, all under the characterful vaulted beamed ceiling. There are two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and a large family bathroom.

This beautiful detached house in the heart of the Broads National Park provides luxurious self-catering accommodation in an idyllic hamlet. The two-bathroom, two-bedroom configuration sleeps up to four people. Thatch Cottage offers all the modern essentials and has been immaculately modernised and renovated while still retaining its traditional rural charm.

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.
