Barnside Cottage is a cosy one bedroom retreat in the hamlet of Viver, with a fantastic view from the bedroom.Just 25 minutes from Lake Windermere and close to the Lake District. The M6 is 3 miles away.Easy access to the market towns of Kendal and Kirkby Lonsdale, the Yorkshire Dales, and National Trust sites. Enjoy scenic walks along the nearby canal path or visit Arnside, just 10 minutes away, for coastal views and top-notch fish & chips. A perfect base for exploring the countryside

The Flat on Bath Street

A first floor flat in the Freehold area of Lancaster. The flat is dog friendly and close to The Gregson Centre, a great place to grab a coffee or a bite to eat before exploring the city centre. A five minute walk down the hill and you are in the centre. The train station is around a 15 minute walk. The flat itself has a hallway, living room, kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and washer dryer. The bedroom has a super comfy, pillow topped double bed and in the bathroom is an over bath shower.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Aughton is a scenic village situated on the banks of the lune valley leading up to the market Town on Kirby Lonsdale. Walks from the village allow you to saunter along the banks of the river lune or through the picturesque Burton and Lawson woods belonging to the woodlands trust often known as Aughton woods. Aughton also has an beautiful old village church going back to 1864 and a recreation hall and children's play area.

Boasting two bedrooms, reading/play room, lounge with log burner, kitchen, bathroom and lovely enclosed paved garden with beautiful views, this is a truly charming and romantic cottage. The cottage is in the small village of Gressingham in the beautiful Lune valley and Forest of Bowland AONB. There is easy access to both the Lakes and Yorkshire Dales national parks. In addition the attractions of Kirkby Lonsdale, the historical city of Lancaster and RSPB reserve at Leighton Moss are only 15-20 minutes away. Gressingham is a small, picturesque village and makes the perfect location for walkers, cyclists and those wanting a country break.

Up to two dogs are welcome with the canal tow path 3 minutes away. To the rear is a small fenced yard with seating. This home is not suitable for parties.
