Set well back from the road, the south-facing, private garden has an additional covered dining space, great in àll seasons. Excellent fast broadband. 2 dogs welcome Queenies is a delightful, light space for 2 guests with a secure garden.

Due to the authentic nature of the cottage it is not suitable for infants or the infirm with its Suffolk brick flooring.

Self contained private semi-detached cottage. Open plan living, dining and kitchenette. Large bedroom with wardrobes and a super king size bed plus a small double sofa bed in the living space. Featuring a spacious wet room with shower, loo and basin. Views over a lake on Henham Park which is on Suffolk's coast near Southwold and Aldeburgh. Access to the park is not possible unfortunately due to farming and event commitments.
