Across the road from the beach (remember we're in Alaska), the home revolves around the ground floor great room and open kitchen. Three bedrooms (2 - 2x doubles and one king) and full bathrooms round out the ground floor, while the 4th (king) bedroom and full bath are on the floor above. The location of the LilyPad is within a three block walking distance to Broadway and downtown. There are hiking trails and the Lynn Canal all within walking distance also.

You will have the main floor of the house and a porch with outdoor eating area that includes a grill and fire pit.
